• All-Inclusive options (From Bali): Hotel pickup and drop-off are available from Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Ubud, Sanur, and Benoa Harbour. If your hotel is outside these areas, please contact us before booking. A pickup upgrade fee may apply for Uluwatu, Pecatu, Balangan, Kutuh, Tegalalang, and Payangan (IDR 150,000 per car). • Meet-in-Penida options: Pickup and drop-off are provided from Nusa Penida harbor (meeting point gmaps: Pelabuhan Banjar Nyuh Nusa Penida). No Bali hotel pickup and no fast boat tickets are included for this option. If you are arriving to Nusa Penida by boat the same day, please choose a boat that arrives before the meeting time. • Pickup time note (All-Inclusive): The time you select at checkout is the hotel pickup time, not the boat departure time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes early. Our driver will meet you at the designated pickup point. • Meeting time note (Meet-in-Penida): Please arrive at the harbor meeting point 10–15 minutes early. Nusa Penida with Dirga

We had an amazing tour experience with our guide, Dirga. Everything was truly at a very high level. His English was excellent, which made communication effortless, and his deep knowledge of Bali’s history, religion, and traditions made the entire journey incredibly engaging and meaningful. What we especially appreciated was how naturally he shared his knowledge — it never felt like a lecture, but rather like a fascinating conversation throughout the drive. Listening to him added so much value to every place we visited. Dirga also organized everything perfectly. All our destinations were smooth, comfortable, and stress-free, which allowed us to fully enjoy the experience without worrying about logistics. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our trip special. All three of us absolutely loved spending time with him, and he truly made our Nusa Penida experience unforgettable. Next time we come back to Bali, we would definitely love to explore the island again with Dirga. Highly recommended!

Overpriced but great drivers

This tour is very much overpriced. The drivers were really nice and we loved their hospitality. So my review is not on them but on the operator. We were charged IDR 150K in addition to what we paid for the tour stating our resort doesn't fall within their pick up limits while the app allowed us to select our address when choosing the pick up address. They couldn't take us to Krystal bay following some natural events, however the operator did not make any adjustments on the price. Now comes the biggest disappointment. They advertise the package saying lunch is included. But the restaurant we were taken to was really bad. It was not clean and the food didn't taste good. We also had to choose from a set menu which only had 6 to 7 options and a drink which would only cost you around IDR 100K. Leaving the negatives aside, the places we visited were stunning and as mentioned earlier I couldn't have asked for better drivers. They were wonderful.
