We did the half day tour which was great. We had Sam (Englishman) as our guide and he was awesome. Nothing was a problem, he was very informative and We learnt a lot about the sea life and coral. I didn’t feel it was too touristy, boat was good, good lunch served. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Nha Trang

Well-organized boat trip where you can chill, take sunbaths, and go snorkeling. You got all the gear needed for snorkeling, even wetsuits if you want. The underwater experience was nothing special compared to other reefs around the globe, but the whole trip was. It is really worth the money. Also, a nice lunch on the boat and transfers to and from nearby hotels are included in the price. From the boat you can enjoy beautiful landscapes and seashores. The crew was very nice and spoke good English, which was not usual in Vietnam.

Great organisation, big boat. We went snorkelling, however most people went scuba diving. We had someone checking on us while snorkelling but otherwise we were left to it. The visibility in the water wasn't amazing because of the time of year, but we had a lovely time regardless.

With our group we were the only ones that were snorkelling, everyone else was scuba diving. Can’t remember his name but one person dealt with us all day. He explained how long travel was and even followed us into the water and helps us find things to look at. The first spot was incredible with so many fish to follow but the 2nd spot was better for scuba diving as it was deeper. We went on basically a perfect days with high visibility, super sunny (don’t forget your sunscreen and hat)
My partner and I are confident swimming and very comfortable in the water. There was strong currents and some jellyfish (they don’t string too much)

A great experience cycling through the rice fields and learning how to make rice wine, mats and rice noodles. Hanne was very knowledgeable and would highly recommend her for anyone!

Nice and very friendly stuff. Snorkeling spots are poor. Nothing really to see. And be careful with the food offered. My son got food poisoned in the evening after the trip.

Regarding the snorkeling, we understand it may not have met your expectations, but unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
Concerning your concerns about our food, we assure you that we offer freshly cooked meals every day. On the day of your visit, we had 15 customers and 10 staff members on board, none of whom reported any issues. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that your son’s illness was due to food poisoning from our boat.
also in the past years there was NEVER a issue concerning our meals.
There must be another cause for his discomfort.

Tour was well run and efficient. Everything you need for a snorkel/scuba trip is provided. I took off one star because the food quality could have been better imho. The food was adequate but not stellar, and i would have rather paid a bit more to get tastier food.

The boat was clean and well equipped, with wetsuits for anyone who needed them as well as snorkelling equipment. Everything was clearly explained and we had plenty of time in the water. We stopped at two sites and both had lots of different fish, blue starfish and coral. Lunch was very good and had plenty of veggie options. A very good trip.

This was an amazing trip! Here you get alot for the money! Very friendly and funny guides who also had made a great meal for us- tasted delicious! The reefs were sadly mostly dead, but some of it was alive and there was alot of colorful fishiesaround 🩵🧡💛 I had a great time- recommend it!

This was the worst excursion we’ve ever done on vacation. They picked us up from our hotel at 8am and we continued to pick up others until 845. We got to the dock waited a bit until the boat came. No one introduced themselves so I can’t give names. This isn’t hosted by locals. It seems like it was a family trip we were invited to. But once we got on the boat it was over 2 hours until we finally got into the water. No one bothered to tell us what was happening, anything about the area, their names, NOTHING. Once we finally got to the first stop she said “ok the water is choppy and kind of dirty but we’re here”. What??? We got in and there were jellyfish in the water no one warned us about that kept stinging us. My bf and I aren’t great swimmers so we wore life vests and were obviously struggling in the intense water and no one bothered to check on us or anybody in our group. I was so sick because of how intense the waves were so we got back on the boat and again, no one bothered to check on us. The next stop the water was calmer but we were only there for a short time. And I felt like no one cared about us so I just kept an eye on the “host” the entire time because no one gave any signal about when the boat would take off and her only objective was to hang out with her family/friends. So when I saw her and her friends get back on the boat, I grabbed my bf and said let’s go up too. Thank God we did. Bc the boat took off shortly after headed back to the dock and 20 minutes later they got a call from another boat that THEY FORGOT TWO PEOPLE IN THE WATER!!!!!! Yes! They forgot two of the people from our group at the last stop. There were only maybe 20 people on the boat so it would have taken them exactly 20 seconds to do a headcount. But they didn’t care about any of us AT ALL so those poor people were left in the water. Thank goodness another boat found them there. Then we went back to retrieve them and there was no empathy. I was the only person to ask if they were ok????? Absolutely disgusting behavior. And then another 2 hours back to shore. I would suggest booking one of the speed boats that are a lot faster and probably not leaving their patrons stranded in open water. Stay FAR AWAY!!!

Pick up was smooth. Nice and entertaining guide, that made us feel safe. Food was good. Maybe you encounter jellyfish while snorkeling, so you can ask the guide for a wet suit, but the jellyfish are not so bad.

This was great! The crew were friendly and super helpful, the snorkling stops were amazing. They take you outside the usual touristic crowded areas, so it's beautiful and peaceful. The gear was of good quality and you have enough time and freedom to explore as much as you want!

We booked this snorkeling tour after having a bad experience with another tour operator. Vietnam Active team was amazing! They picked us up from our hotel on time, we then took a slow boat to the diving and snorkeling location. The tour and guides were super organized and very friendly! What a team! Even though we signed up for snorkeling we decided to upgrade to diving after realizing that it’s easy to do. We were able to do that and the crew explained the key concepts of diving and guided us along. The masks and all other equipment are high quality and we could see well under water. I was also able to pay with a touch card (pay wave) on board for the upgrade.
Breakfast included coffee, water and some fruits. Lunch had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Was very nice.
Amazing crew spoke English, Russian, French and German.
Would highly recommend this tour to couples, friends and all other groups!

Nice boat with a great crew, led by the lovely and vivacious Huy. Snorkelling views were limited but OK, impacted by visibility on the day. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip though.

Nice tour with 2 stops and a great lunch, friendly crew and good equipment. Only downside there could be more fish and less trash, but idiots from other tours throw their trash where we snorkeled but people from the boat and crew cleaned up that was nice.

Staff was nice but the snorkeling was the worse I have ever experienced. Thfew fish and marine life. Liked line a Dead Sea and the garage along the shore line really made the site disgusting. I would highly recommend skipping this tour. Greg Baker USA

This was my second trip with this same boat! Fabulous time!! They are very personal and truly care for their customers. The coral is just out of this world and so many different kinds. I saw clown fish and many others. The lunch is outstanding. They truly care and your safety is number 1. Highly recommended. I live in Hawaii so I believe I know what I’m talking about.

Snorkeling and seeing some fish and coral even though the water was a little murky. We were 3 out of 12 that were only Snorkeling, so were left last to be sorted with our gear and instructions.
Once we had a guide assigned to us, he made sure we had what we needed and even jumped into the water to show us where to swim. Food a nice home cooked meal.
