The tour guide was not fluent in English even though the was advertised as an English tour. She also couldn’t provide any insights on the places we went to. The places we went to were amazing however but we didn’t need to pay for this tour to just be driven around.

We sincerely apologize for the issue during your trip; the guide failed to provide information about the sightseeing locations. Our primary guides were occupied on National Day, so a substitute guide stepped in. Aside from the lack of commentary, everything else went well, and I hope you can be understanding of her situation. Please give her a chance to grow into a more professional guide as she begins her career in the industry.

A Short Tour Covering the Basic Sites of Nha Trang

I don’t think we were taken to enough site, only about three main ones. Also, the guide, Tracey, seemed to be in a rush all the time even though my friend and I were the only persons in the small group.

Loojc was a great guide very informative and learned a lot about History of Nha Trang and culture and he also took many great photos for us.

Better tour than the same itinerary as the ship excursion as it was just the two of us with our guide and it was less expensive. The best part was when we decided we could not handle all the stairs at one Temple they took us to another site that was not on the list so we could see more of Nah Trang since we had time.

We had an excellent trip with our tour guide Loojc. We got to see lots of interesting places in such a short time. Loojc gave us lots of useful information about the different areas we visited he was very informative. There was no other people on the trip just the 3 of us and the very good driver. The trip was finished with a lovely lunch in a local restaurant and it was delicious before our return back to the hotel. Highly recommend the trip if you want to see some sights within Nha Trang. We came away with lots of photos taken by Loojc who sent them to my phone once the tour was finished.
