Very disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately the worst tour I have had in Vietnam, probably in my entire life.
The tour description clearly stated pickup at 08:30, yet we were told to be ready at 07:30. Since we were staying slightly outside the city and were not eligible for company pickup, we had to arrange our own transport and leave very early, which meant we missed breakfast at our hotel. After arriving at the port, we were told to wait twice, first around 30 minutes, then another 45 minutes. The boat finally departed at 09:40. The whole morning felt chaotic and poorly organized.
All tours of this agency were scheduled from the same meeting point. There were around 100 people standing around, trying to find their guides and boats. It was extremely confusing, noisy, and stressful. This could easily be organized in a much clearer and more professional way.
The most shocking moment was seeing staff members throw cigarette butts directly into the lagoon where the corals are. On a snorkeling tour, in a coral area, this is absolutely unacceptable.
During lunch, the three vegetarians in our group were separated from our friends and told to sit at a different table. The captain or head of the boat even raised his voice and insisted that we should eat separately “because we are vegetarian.” There was no logical reason for this. On top of that, the vegetarian food was very poor: plain rice, cabbage, and tofu. That was it. No effort, no variety.
Some of the staff on the boat were actually very nice and polite, and I want to acknowledge that. However, overall the behavior of parts of the crew was problematic. Jokes about women in Puerto Rico and their outfits were inappropriate and racially insensitive. It was uncomfortable rather than entertaining.
At the lagoon, another boat from the same agency arrived with around 35 additional people, who then came onto our boat to use the facilities. This made everything even more crowded and disorganized.
The worst part came when one of our friends got sick. During lunch, we asked for a short transfer to the mainland, which was only about 750 meters away. The captain told us we would need to pay 500,000 VND for a local boat, while locals were paying around 30,000 VND for the same short distance. That felt like clear overcharging and taking advantage of the situation.
As someone who truly loves Vietnam and has had many beautiful experiences here, this tour was a huge disappointment. Tourism should be done with heart, with respect for nature and for guests, not only for money. Because of all of this, I cannot give more than 2–3 stars.

So funny! At first I afraid about floating party, but I found it so exciting. And I love the snorkeling. And also the lunch. Nha Trang is beautiful.

I had a great time on this tour. Nemo Trip really went all out to make everything fun. We're the only boat with party music, slide from top of boat and a floating bar. Truly fun.
They also managed to cater to my last minute request for vegetarian meal. Thank you Nemo Trip for an overall great time.

It was a really good day trip! Phuc built a party with music and singing on the boat. Snorkeling and swimming were fun! Totally recommend, especially for this good price! It even included lunch and some fruit.

I got to meet nice people on the tour and there was a really good party vibe going on. Snorkeling was okay, there was not too much coral to see. The tour operators were dancing and spreading a good mood to everyone. The lunch was nice and after that we went to a beautiful beach and I tried jetskiing for the first time (own expense) all in all a wonderful day!

I booked this tour on the whim and I am so glad I did because this was honestly such a highlight moment for me in Nha Trang! The tour starts at 8:30am and if you're within the city center, you can request to get picked up (free). Once everyone gets picked up, we are taken to the boat dock, where you can find many stores around. If you forget your bikini (like me), you can purchase it at the place. On the boat, the tour guide list the many activities you can do: snorkeling (free), parasailing, jet skiing, diving. I chose snorkeling and it was such a nice experience! I am not the best swimmer but they offer life vests and the tour guide kept a close watch on all of us. Once we finish snorkeling, we arrive to a fishing village where you can buy fresh seafood to have for lunch. Honestly, even if you don't choose to pay for additional seafood, you're not missing out on anything because this was the best lunch offered on a tour! I was honestly so surprised by the quality and quantity of our meal! We were separated into 3 tables and we all got like 6-8 dishes to share! Once we finish lunch, we get taken to another island where you can just relax or enjoy other water-related activities (extra).
This trip was honestly a 10/10. The scenery was beautiful, the tour guides were friendly and funny (especially Phuong), the lunch was delicious, and you're getting such a good deal given what the tour entails. If you guys ever come to Nha Trang, please support Phuong and the An Nam Tour company! I was a solo traveler and I found Phuong to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I felt extremely catered to and if given the chance, I would 100% book this tour again.
