To facilitate the timely and secure transportation of all guests to our boat, we kindly ask you to thoroughly review the available pickup options and ensure that your selection is reflected in your reservation, please note that our pickup services start one (1) hour before the starting time respectively to the pickup location, the pickup schedule can be found on your ticket under the section "Before You Go". Please note, all our hotel pickups require our guests to kindly wait outside of the lobby. Punctuality at your designated pickup location is essential for a smooth experience. Alternatively, for those who have chosen to meet at the starting point, please arrive promptly at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. Upon completion of the tour, our bus will be readily available to transport you back to your designated pickup location. Please note that round trip transportation services are exclusively offered when the tour with pickup & drop off is selected.
