Jahoor drove us around all day and was early to get me, waiting patiently as I was NOT early. He was a very good driver, navigating the crowded roadways with expertise. We met up with Imran in Agra and he was fabulous, explaining everything about the history and culture of Agra, India and the Taj Mahal and Fort. We visited several artisans and shops and learned about specific crafts as well. We had lunch at a very poplar restaurant. I will be taking this tour again next year.

This private tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our guide, Imran, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, with a deep understanding of Mughal history, architecture, and cultural context. He explained the stories behind both monuments clearly and in an engaging way, making the visit far more meaningful than simply walking through on our own.
The tour was well organised and unhurried, allowing enough time to fully appreciate each site. Imran was very attentive to our pace and interests, and he was always happy to answer questions. He also gave helpful practical advice, assisted with navigating crowds, and pointed out the best locations for photographs, which was especially valuable at the Taj Mahal. His friendly manner, excellent communication skills, and genuine passion for his work really stood out.
Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Imran and this private tour to anyone visiting Agra who wants a well-informed, smooth, and memorable experience.

First of all, the driver was very friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about Indian culture.
My tour guide, Mr. Moon, was also very friendly and quite flexible. Thanks to his good contacts, I was able to hire a photographer on the spur of the moment. The explanations were very easy to understand. He also gave me some good tips for photo opportunities.
If you want to take photos yourself, you should plan to hire a photographer if you are traveling alone, like I was. It's worth it.
All in all, it was a very pleasant trip.

Absolutely great experience from the very start to the end. Booking a tour was easy, and we got it confirmed through whatsup next day. Very efficient communication. We were also able to make a last minute change to our pick up time the night before. Very flexible! Our driver was great so was our guide Nadeem. Excellent experience with Arwaz, the communication of when to pick up from hotel to adjusting time of pick up due to fog to get the optimal photos.
Deepak the driver was fun and gave me options to pick the music and it was a long drive. I wanted to have a chai he got me one at a rest stop and made sure I was safe and even drove the car to the entrance of the toilet to wait for me. He was very kind and helpful.
Imran was a superb and knowledgeable guide. He takes incredible photos and knows all the best spots to take photos at the Taj, Agra and avoiding the crowds. With his 10 years of knowledge and certified tour guide qualifications. He has a Masters degree in History, and the level of detail he went into the tour was impressive. He is frequentl also in Spanish. Even when I was looking at going to places for handicraft and India Sweete he chose very high quality places with no pressure. He is kind, personable and also helps fellow small business and I enjoyed the tour throughly and highly recommend a tour with Imran!
The lunch venue was modern, clean and food was good especially like the red carrots and butter chicken and also many options for vegetarians.

Our guide, Imran, was very knowledgeable about the history of Agra and the sites to see. He was so helpful with my elderly father, helping him around the sites. My girlfriend and I were quite lucky as the day we traveled from Delhi began foggy but cleared up once we arrived at Agra. Our driver Deepak got us to Agra quickly & safely. Deepak was especially nice providing us water and bathroom breaks along the ride as needed. Our guide Imran was fantastic. Imran was very knowledgeable about Agra but the best part was he took the best pictures of us at Taj Mahal. I also learned that he is fluent in Spanish as well for foreigners that a very competent guide. And he was born on India’s Independence Day …. How about that ! … :). I highly recommend both of these individuals and will be back soon with my kids the next time.

We had the most amazing experience with our driver Sanju and our Taj Mahal guide Imran. Both were very communicative before the tour, and made us feel welcome and well taken care of during the tour. We went on this tour immediately after landing in Delhi after a 23 hour travel day, and were relieved we could have flexibility with our itinerary and timing. We had such a good time we asked if Sanju could drive us around Delhi the following day. We were joined by another guide, Sumit, in Old Delhi, who helped us shop and gave a wonderful history of the area.

This was my first time in Agra with 2 little ones. Imran was our tour guide and was great. He was professional with great knowledge and facts about Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. He also took amazing pictures for our family and we’ll have some amazing memories forever.

Our drive down to Agra was smooth. However driving back to Delhi at the end of the day was terrifying. Our driver struggled to keep his eyes open, his head was jerking down, and at times he just scrolled in his phone with his eyes half closed. He was barely awake. I could see on his dashboard that he was driving about 15-17 km/hr on a major highway. He was weaving in and out of the lane, with other cars zooming around us honking. My husband and I were terrified we were going to die on a highway in India with our kids left back in our home country. When we finally got to Noida (outskirts of Delhi), we asked him to let us out, hoping we could Uber back or call our hotel concierge to send a different driver. But the driver insisted he was fine and wouldn’t let us out! After one of the scariest ordeals of my life, we were FINALLY dropped at our hotel in Delhi.
However I rated this tour two stars instead of one because (1) When I sent a WhatsApp at 1 am to the tour operator about the ordeal, they responded right away. They updated me the next day that this driver would no longer be sent on long-distance tours and (2) Our guide in Agra, Imran, was lovely and essential for getting around the Taj.
However I have learned the hard way and will never book a long distance tour on viator with any company ever again. I want to remain in a city where I can more easily get away and call someone for help if needed. I never want to be stuck on a deserted highway in an unfamiliar country at night, spending 2-3 hours thinking I’m about to die again!

After a detailed investigation, we would like to share our findings with you. The driver was performing his duties responsibly; however, he has a medical condition related to his nose. He underwent surgery approximately two years ago due to an increase in the nasal bone. Although he is now medically fit to work, his breathing can sometimes appear unusual, which may give the impression that he is unwell or drowsy.
Additionally, on that day, he had consumed a cold lemon drink, which caused him to catch a mild cold. This can happen to anyone.
As a responsible supplier, the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests are always our top priorities, therefore we are very sorry for the inconvenience cause.
After reaching Noida, the driver ensured that you were safely handed over and did not leave until he was confident that everything was in order.
Nevertheless, we once again sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused. To avoid any such situation in the future, we would like to assure you that we will not assign this driver for transfers between Delhi and Agra.

Visiting Taj Mahal and Agra was an incredible experience. I was lucky enough to have Imran as our tour guide. I have learned a lot from him and he gave us deeper understanding of the place. He was also very patient with all the photos we wanted to have. He’s very good in taking magical photos, and as he would say it “i have a magic for you”. Guide Farhan and driver Bobby were excellent today. Farhan is very knowledgeable and explained the history of the Taj very well and took some wonderful photos for me. I'm glad he was my tour guide. We stopped for tea and water along the way. The driver was also very courteous. If you want to visit the Taj, you should definitely use this service.

This tour was fantastic! The Taj Mahal is undoubtedly the most impressive building in the world, and I really enjoyed the beautiful city of Agra and all its monuments. The tour was very well organized, and I didn't have to worry about tickets or lines. Driver Binnu and guide Farman were really nice, friendly, and flexible. They also showed me some local ancient art and introduced me to the beautiful history and culture of India.

Fantastic! On the last day of my stay in India, I couldn't figure out a way to get to the Taj Mahal from Delhi. A driver picked me up from my hotel in Delhi and took me to the Taj Mahal in a private car, a 3 -hour drive. When the car arrived near the Taj Mahal, the guide was there. He got in the car with me and then drove me to the Taj Mahal without queue, which meant we could avoid the long queues and enter without waiting. His personal guide was really great. After the sightseeing, he took me to a buffet lunch at a 5-star hotel, which was definitely the best lunch I've had during my stay in India and i bought some marble souvenirs and Jewelry. Since I had to catch my flight home late in the evening, I asked them to end the tour early, and they took me back to my hotel.
For my flight that night, I could sleep comfortably in the AC car during the long drive. This was the perfect tour for my situation, as I didn't have many hours to stop at the Taj Mahal. Very satisfied.

The package tour was very reasonably priced considering the quality of service we received from our tour guide. We were fortunate to have a local guide from Agra who spoke fluent English and shared a deep understanding of the city’s history and culture. The Taj Mahal itself was absolutely magnificent — a true masterpiece of Mughal architecture. Its rich history, intricate artisan work, and the emotional story behind its creation were all beautifully explained to us. The stories interwoven between the Taj Mahal and the city of Agra gave us a new appreciation of India’s heritage. From the driver who picked us up at our hotel to the tour guide who welcomed us warmly and patiently answered all our questions, everyone made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the trip. It was a wonderful experience that I would love to do again, especially with friends, given the chance. I had a fantastic experience visiting the Taj Mahal, Baby Taj, and Agra Fort with my guide, Mohammad. He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history and architecture of each site, sharing fascinating details that brought the monuments to life. He was very polite and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the tour. He also took many photos for me and knew all the best photo spots. ensuring I had lasting memories to cherish. I couldn't have asked for a better guide. I would also like to give a special mention to my driver, Karan, who picked me up at 3:30 AM to take me to Agra. He was kind, friendly, and talkative, making the journey easy and enjoyable. We even stopped at a place where he treated me to the best chai I've ever had in a clay cup. Together, they made my Agra experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Mohammad, Karan, and the organizer Arwaz to anyone visiting the beautiful Agra.
