Tour itself good/experience terrible

Although, the tour itself was good, the guide was misleading and dishonest. After the tour, he mislead us and had the driver stop at "3" different sales shops (jewelry, stone, and rug shops). The sales pressure was immense and made us feel really uncomfortable. After, the 2nd stop, my husband demanded the driver and tour guide NOT take us to another other shop and of course, we ended up at a jewelry shop. I guess the kick backs are more of a priority than customer safety. Very disappointed.

This was a great tour until the end. My guide was very knowledgeable, too knowledgeable actually. And the tour was fine. However, at the end of the tour, and despite insisting repeatedly to the guide and driver that I wanted to go to the airport, he led me to a place where I was high-pressured into buying something at a very inflated rate. I was led downstairs where there were no other customers and coerced to buy despite’s repeatedly insisting I had to leave. I succumbed to purchase out of fear. Then, I was led to another place where again the guide insisted I visit. Heavy resistance from me made no difference. By now I was feeling very uncomfortable and attempted to make a quick purchase at high cost and very low quality. Whe you are tourist traveling alone you rely on trust. Your guide was am very smooth talker. I will wait to see if My requests for refund is granted by the vendors in question. The total amount was about $1,800. If not granted I will petition my credit card company. I send this to you so you know. On top of all this I gave the guide and driver more than $100 in tips total. The guide informed me that was not enough. I was Terribly disappointed and hope I hear a response from you. I think these are good people succumbing to the lure of the unethical traders.
