The driver was on time, kind and friendly. He drove us directly to tajmahal where the guide was waiting for us. The guide was really nice and professional.

BEWARE - READ BEFORE BOOKING

At the end of our day with Brijesh, on the way to the airport, he pulled the car over on a dark, quiet road and started demanding cash. We argued as we knew we had already paid in full through Viator; but Brijesh demanded cash on the spot. We showed all of our information but he would not take us to the airport until we argued and then insisted. See photo plus we have a video of the whole experience. It was a scary experience and a scam we were not expecting given all of the great reviews. I don’t know if it was his first time trying it, but BEWARE. There are lots of other safe options in India. We did not hand over any money and have complained to Viator’s safety department. If you are a tourist, particularly a lone traveller, think twice before booking this provider.
