Good communication and coordination. Our flight to Delhi was cancelled so we ended up arrive post midnight. We asked to postpone our pick up time for the transfer, it was done smoothly. However, the actual transfer was at acceptable level only, an old small compact sedan, could not fit our 2 mid size suitcases, has to put one in the front passenger place, two backpacks with us leave little room for our legs for over 5 hours driving. The driver was not clear about our destination hotel, only know the town. Our car was the slowest on the new free way, all cars and SUVs zip passed us, not sure if he is comfortable driving on a free way. His English was minimal.
