The tour covers most of the key attractions (not all advertised), so it’s important to do your own research to avoid missing anything important to you. The driver remains the same, but tour guides change in each city. The overall organisation was good, but the quality of guides varied significantly.

Driver – Mr. Gopal
Mr. Gopal was exceptional. He was friendly, flexible with our requests, and very accommodating with adjustments to the itinerary. He was one of the strongest positives of the entire trip.

Day 1 – Delhi
Unfortunately, the Delhi experience was disappointing.
• The guide skipped three major attractions listed in the itinerary: Qutub Minar, Parliament House, and Rashtrapati Bhavan, blaming road traffic.
• Instead, we visited Raj Ghat (Gandhi Memorial), which was not part of the itinerary. It was a nice visit, but replacing three scheduled highlights with one unplanned stop felt unbalanced.
• The guide was not very engaging. The information provided was basic, and we were often left to explore sites on our own.

Day 2 – Agra (Mr. Malik)
Mr. Malik was friendly, punctual, and a very good photographer. His coverage of the Taj Mahal was good.
However, there were several issues:
• We were given the option to see Agra Fort from inside or outside. Not knowing the difference, we chose outside — which turned out to be a mistake. We essentially just passed by it in the car and saw nothing beyond the outer wall.
• We were taken to a marble workshop and a gem shop. Both felt like commission-based tourist traps rather than cultural stops. Shopkeepers insisted purchases were optional, but there was clear pressure to buy.
• Time spent in these shops could have been better used visiting Agra Fort properly.
The most uncomfortable moment was when Mr. Malik asked for my phone, opened my Viator app, gave himself a 5-star rating, and asked me to write a positive review so he could secure future work. I refused. This incident makes me question the authenticity of some of the 5-star reviews.

Day 3 – Jaipur
The Jaipur guide was engaging, informative, and covered all itinerary items except one that we personally chose to skip.
However:
• We were again taken to a textile shop, which appeared commission-based. When we declined to buy anything, the guide questioned our decision and tried to redirect us to a gem shop.
• For lunch, we were taken to a restaurant with poor Google reviews and mostly tourist customers, which suggested another commission-based recommendation. One of the two dishes we ordered contained raw, uncooked chicken and had to be returned. The restaurant owner apologised.

Final Thoughts
The tour itself is generally well organised and covers most of the major highlights, although some of the very top attractions were either not included or missed. The driver was excellent.
However, the experience is heavily dependent on the individual guide. It was disappointing that instead of protecting tourists from obvious tourist traps, some guides seemed motivated by commission-based stops. It felt similar to paying for a premium service and still being shown advertisements.

Regarding the Delhi tour:
According to the feedback we received from both the guide and the driver, the visit to Qutub Minar was discussed during the tour, but it was understood that you preferred not to purchase the entry tickets for this monument at that time. Additionally, Rashtrapati Bhavan and Parliament House are drive-through landmarks, which are clearly mentioned in the itinerary since visitors are not permitted to enter these government buildings. On that particular day, there was also an unexpected traffic diversion in the central Delhi area, which caused delays and required some adjustments to the route. We appreciate your understanding that traffic conditions in a large city like Delhi can occasionally impact the schedule.
Regarding your experience in Agra with Mr. Malik:
We are glad you enjoyed his photography assistance and your visit to the Taj Mahal. Agra is internationally known for its marble inlay craftsmanship, which originated during the Mughal era. The visit to a marble workshop is intended to demonstrate the traditional artisan techniques used to create similar inlay work seen at the Taj Mahal. These demonstrations are meant to provide cultural insight into local craftsmanship, and purchases are always entirely optional.
With respect to reviews, our guides may politely request guests to share their experience, as reviews are important for independent guides to receive future assignments. However, we do not condone any form of pressure for a specific rating, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention so we can remind our team of the proper protocol.
Regarding Jaipur:
Jaipur is widely known for its textile printing and handicrafts, and occasionally, guests are offered the opportunity to visit workshops where these traditional techniques are demonstrated. Similar to Agra, there is absolutely no obligation to make any purchases.
Concerning the restaurant stop, we make efforts to select establishments that serve authentic local cuisine and are convenient within the day’s itinerary. That said, we take your comment about the food quality very seriously and will certainly review the restaurant involved to ensure it continues to meet our standards.
Overall, we are pleased that you found the tour well organised and that your driver provided excellent service. At the same time, we genuinely value your observations about guide consistency and will use your feedback to further refine our tour experience.

We had a wonderful experience. Our driver was competent and helped us arrive safely to each destination. Our Delhi tour guide gave us great recommendations and we thoroughly enjoyed our rickshaw ride through Old Delhi. Our tour guide Malik went above and beyond on our tour of Agra and the Taj Mahal. He helped us navigate the crowds, took time to take the most impressive solo and group photos, and has a plethora of helpful information. We were so grateful and eager for the rest of our tour to Jaipur!

The tour operator Ashish was very helpful and organised the tours and accommodation flawlessly as planned. We were offered classy 5-star hotels in Agra and Jaipur. The local guides were very helpful, friendly and explained everything well. They took excellent photos of us. The vehicle offered was very new but was a bit small to accommodate a family of four with many bags and the local guides. In one situation the local guide had to squeeze into the already packed vehicle, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The tour was amazing from the first day with Sidi in Delhi and then Malik in Agra. Malik’s knowledge of the Taj Mahal history was exceptional. He showed a great passion for this history and culture. He accommodated us very well especially when one of us was not feeling so well. Excellent service.

Great experience!! Our private driver, Mr. Kishan, was very kind during the whole trip. In general, the trafic in India was chaotic, but he managed it very well. The tours with Ashish in Agra and "Pepe" in Jaipur were amazing. They explained everything with details in a really good spanish and took beautifuls photos of us. Thank you!!

Well organized tour, very memorable. The hotels were all great with good food options. Delicious breakfasts included where you can have western and Indian food, I recommend the masala dosas! Our driver Mr. Pappu was perfect - punctual, and considerate and a good driver and got us everywhere safely. The highlight of the tour was Taj Mahal and Agra with Mr. Malik. He is full of knowledge (and will make sure you remember too!) and knows how to get all the best photos; and he was very good about allowing us to enjoy the Taj and not feel rushed while also being efficient with time for the whole day. The tour includes shopping experiences, where you can buy things like Taj Mahal-style marble inlaid with semiprecious gems, Persian rugs, tapestry, and jewelry. Subsidized by Indian government with free global shipping. Budget extra if you want to participate but it's ok to be firm if you can't afford or don't want something.

I can really recommend this agency. The driver was extremely professional, although he had a little difficulty speaking English, but he really tried. All the guides who were with us worked extremely hard and explained very well. During the tripp we felt very safe with the driver and guides. The driver was always punctual. And please tip him well. We were offered round-trip tours of souvenir shops, we accepted some, but I believe we could have refused them.

Sunrise at the Taj Mahal was amazing, best time to visit to avoid the queues, such an amazing experience to see. Asif was our guide who was extremely knowledgable while showing us around and sharing the history.
We stayed at the Jaypee Palace which was amazing.

From start to finish there were no problems. I was highly impressed & this tour exceeded my expectations. It is a great way to see the golden triangle tour. The driver Ajay was waiting at the airport at 7 am. Ajay did an excellent job. He was very punctual, a safe driver and felt like my personal bodyguard. I appreciate his hard work. We had three local tour guides, one for each city & the same driver for the entire four days. All the tour guides were brilliant, really friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. We enjoyed all three city’s Monuments specially “ SUNRISE TAJMAHAL” with Local tour Guide Asif. The tour operator was PERFECT AGRA TOURS, we had so much fun with them we would not hesitate to use them again and recommendation to any friends or family members visiting India in the future.

The 4 day Golden Triangle Tour with 4 star hotels was an amazing experience. Our driver & tour guides were superb. We arrived in New Delhi & prompted greeted by our tour guide, Mr. Lalit. He is very knowledgeable about the local areas we visited. Our agra tour guide Mr. Asif was a very helpful person, also a very good photographer, we enjoyed sunrise at Taj mahal with Asif. Our Jaipur tour guide Mr. Ajay is very knowledgeable & friendly. We stopped for lunch each day at a great local restaurant, the food was fantastic. This tour was well organised, & we picked so much in these 4 days, I don’t believe this would have been possible if we had organised the trip our selves. The tour is highly recommended, we loved it.

We had a great time seeing the best Golden Triangle tour in India through this company “Perfect Agra Tours” & I think they did an excellent job and provided everything they offered us. Our driver was very good & helpful. The local guides really knew their stuff, they even told us where to taken the best pictures and at which angle. We took lots of beautiful and amazing pictures & had amazing time with all tour guides. The Hotel were amazing are superb, both of them with luxury faculties in Agra & Jaipur.
