It was our annual family holiday and we had come all along from New Zealand. Everyone was super excited to visit one of the highly rated wonders of the world - The Taj!
I have taken guided tours in many places and I must say Arham has been the best guide I have ever met. We were booked in for a visit at sunrise. Arham approached us pervious night itself and outlined the day’s activity for us. That greatly helped us set tone for the day.
We found Arham to be waiting for us promptly in the lobby of the hotel. Then onwards it was all a magical experience. Taj took our breath away. After spending good two three hours at Taj, we had opportunity to meet Agra fort and Baby Taj Mahal. The secret spots to catch breathtaking views, capture the beauty in photos and very informative commentary.. we were luckily to have got a guide in Arham. We will recommend him any day. The best tour ever!!!

We had three wonderful days in the Golden Triangle. There were three different guides, one in each city, and one driver. The guides in Delhi and Jaipur were 5-star, telling us all we needed to know, listened to our needs and had a good sense of humour. The guide in Agra was very knowledgeable but a bit persistent and less flexible we thought. The driver didn't say much but was very professional and manouvered skillfully in the sometimes chaotic traffic.
We hade chosen 5-star hotels and both the Jaypee Palace in Agra and the Intercontinental in Jaipur were excellent.
The highlights of the tour in our opinion:
Delhi - The tuk-tuk ride through old Delhi
Agra - Taj Mahal in the morning light
Jaipur - Amber Fort

Mukul (driver) and Zain (guide) were excellent. We were picked up on time. The ride was comfortable. We spent half a day visiting both Old and New Delhi. We had a great guides for our trip from the company:
1. Brajesh was full of energy and gently suggested to us to view the Taj Mahal late morning (we were here in Dec). This was a good choice and we had a fantastic visit to the Taj Mahal. He made a good recommendation for lunch. He was v flexible as well and worked in a short visit to the handicraft centre as well. He brought us to Agra Fort and the Baby Taj.

This was a brilliant tour from beginning to end! We had three guides Rajhuveer in Delhi who took us to a beautiful Sikh temple & Mosque and then spice market & to Humayans tomb. He was so knowledgeable. But the most special thing was being able to cater the tour to our needs. We wanted to visit the market Dilli Haat & he kindly took us there as well as the Royal Enfield showroom where my husband bought some motorbike memorabilia! Then our guide in Agra was Vishal and he was so brilliant taking the most fantastic photos of us at the Taj Mahal followed by Agra Fort. Finally we went to Jaipur with our guide Brajesh and he was so accommodating, taking us shopping when we asked him & also to the Monkey Temple which we really enjoyed. Our driver Dushyant was a superstar!! Ferrying us around with such ease and always ready to pick us up. He even collected us at 6am on the last day for the 5 hour journey back to Delhi so we could catch our 2pm flight! Throughout the experience the company Keeper Landwey kept in contact with us and couldn’t be more accommodating. It was friendly and professional service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again next time we’re in India and we WILL return!

Everything went so smoothly.
We were picked up by our driver Sunil at the designated time. He was with us throughout the trip (but we had different guides everyday). He is a good and polite driver (he was driving safely and within the limits).
Especially on the third day, the trainer of the guides Arham became our tour and it really made our last day stand out!
We are so satisfied with the tour, everything went smoothly and secure.
When we had some super minor issues, we were listened and assisted by Rishibe so smoothly to ensure there aren’t any problems.

Today was my Agra tour and it was fantastic. My guide was Ali who was great! His english and explanation of all the sites were easy to understand and took our time enjoying all of what Agra has to offer. I would definitely recommend a tour with Ali!
