Awesome day that exceeded expectations! Our ride was on time, in fact, slightly early. The car was pristine and our driver was polite, knowledgeable, safe and competent. We were able to nap in the car on the way to Agra, which took the edge off a very early start. Our guide met us in Agra. He was very knowledgeable on many aspects of the Taj Mahal and Red Fort and the culture of the time. He gave us plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of both sites and take photographs, while at the same time pointing out so many interesting details. We never felt rushed. We were able to have a leisurely breakfast, which we paid for, as expected. An amazing multi-course lunch was provided as part of the cost of the ticket and, again, there was no rush. My travelling companion and I are both avid birders and, on the return trip to Delhi, our driver, of his own volition, stopped the car several times to allow us to spot birds along the way. This added several new species to our life lists and was an unexpected bonus on this trip. Both our driver and guide spoke excellent English and both were very enjoyable company. I would recommend this tour without hesitation.

Our guide was great, very knowledgeable of the sites. The driver however very nice but was falling asleep on the drive there and back. We asked him several times if he needed a break and finally on the way back to pull over as it was getting quite unsafe no only for us but all the people on the road. He would not pull over and said his car was very safe... Will not recommend anyone take a tour that includes the drive. Take the train please for you safety and others. Tour guide again was great. Driver was terrible.

I was lucky enough to be taken on this trip by my hubby for my 50th Birthday and I was not dissapointed with the Taj Mahal. We had booked a sunrise tour , therefore we assumed we would be in Agrah by dawn unfortunately this was not the case! Our driver who collected us from our hotel at 03.00 was about 10 mins late, then appeared to have difficulty in staying awake in what became nearly a 4 hrs drive even though there was no traffic on the roads for approx 3.5 hrs of the journey. I was forced to stay awake throughout just to talk to the driver every time his eyes closed or he veered off the main road! As dawn approached the driver stopped to go and prey which delayed us a further 15 to 20 mins. By the time we arrived at the Taj the sun was well up in the sky and the tour guide advised us he had been there waiting since 05. 30 as that was when the driver had stated we should be there. The tour guide and the tour was amazing and can not be put into words, but it was very spiritual and emotional to catch our first glimpse o this amazing place. I would give the tour guide a 10 out of 10 asfor the driver andphotogropher I would struggle with 2 out of 10. The only misleading thing about the tour was the fact that it states your entry is included on booking, but this then changes once booked, luckily we had enough rupees on us to pay the entry fee of 1000 rupees each. I wish I could say the return journey was an improvement but unfortunately not, we had to demand he stop for refreshments on the way back as once again he was falling asleep and swaying across the roads. This should of been a perfect day, IT WAS NOT but luckily the Taj was Perfect. We have tried to contact viator direct but they have ignored my emails.I would not bother booking through them again, we could of had a safer, on time service for a lower price direct from the hotel.

We really enjoyed the trip to the Taj Majal. It was so much easier to have a driver take us there and the guise helped us navigate the crowds. Even though we were there on time, we didn't actually see the Taj until after sunrise because they didn't admit anyone until after sunrise. The guide inside the Taj was quite knowledgeable but he kept telling us that he wasn't paid and would receive only whatever tip we gave him. We verified with the car driver that the guide was actually paid, but I guess he was hoping we didn't check it out.
