Great service. After an initial misunderstanding we were on our way. Driver was professional and got us to our destination in good time. Also the bonus was the comfortable vehicle and snacks offered by the driver.

Most unprofessional. Complete scam. The driver never showed up at the designated time. We called both Viator and the service provider and both were given different excuses. Viator was told the driver was stuck in traffic but we were told they were trying to assign us one! 45 minutes later, we still didn’t have one! We finally had to cancel it, book through another company and it almost ruined our vacation with a missed flight. STAY AWAY. Complete frauds.

Very professional service and prompt communication. As tourists from North America, we took a one way private car service from Jaipur to Agra. Our driver was very respectful and accommodating. The driver did not show up at the appointed time of 11:00, The operator sent the driver's details only after I called, and the driver did not clearly understand that there would be 1 adult and 1 child. The driver doesn’t understand any English.
