I forgot my selfie stick--which was quite expensive. This happened due to a car accident to our car and we had to change a car. Despite of letting the car driver and tour operator know we had no acknowledgement or response from the tour operator. Also not sure of the charges of tickets at Taj---Indian vs non resident Indian. You should make sure YOU pay for tickets at the window yourself even if higher charge. Also had a unnecessary tour of carpet maker in Agra. Shahid was very helpful in talking pictures at Taj.

Thank you for your feedback, Yes we are sorry for the car incident. As per your selfie stick we shared with you that we will bring it you in delhi but your plan changed and you left day early. For tickets as they were not part of your tour. You have chosen a tour without tickets , we shared that high value tickets are expensive then normal tickets which is govt price . Also for rug making as its a art of Mughals , which is part of tour to promote & educate people about the local artisans . we will look forward to serve better in future.
