Visited the distillery when we had a spare hour a few days before Christmas, and so glad we did! Wonderful stuff, a fantastic talk through the products and story of the distillery and where the ingredients come from. Highly recommended for anybody who has an hour to give between the sights of the old town and city.

We booked this tour because we were staying across the road. Taia's colleague who usually did the English tour wasn't around and she didn't want to keep us waiting so she started our experience. She kept apologizing about her English but we understood her just fine. She explained history of the distillery and told us about the owner and then explained the three spirits made (gin, l'orangerie and carruba). She took us through the tasting notes of each and then we were able to sample. Even after we finished Taia was happy to talk to us so much so that we ended up buying some l'orangerie when we might not have if her personality had been different. Though it's a short tasting for us it was worth the money, really interesting and a different but fun activity to do in Monaco. Recommended!
