Staff is not very coperative , The guy on bus tried to charge me even thuogh i bought the ticket via App
IDK he was joiking or not , Timings are not very appropriate , long waiting time. MAybe you ned to put more buses/ or small Carry on minibus
Overall not a very Good experience as it should be in teh holy city of Madinah
WIFI want working in all teh buses, Except one

The sightseeing trip was actually very good. But the problem is with viator app. This was not the first time i had problem with viator app. I couldn't download the ticket. The bus driver was a nice person. He allowed mevto board in without ticket (with only payment receipt). But it doesn't happen always. I tried to contact viator many times but no response.

Unbelievably, bad experience on 12/26/2023. I came out off the bus but supervision told we will get the place to sit and then We will be able to listen the guide’s words. But before we get the place a metallic wheel chair fell down and my son was lucky not to get broken his bones. Then I decided to get down off the bus and give Sadaqa (charity).
I have spent few hours to get into the bus when I got success, I experience very bad.
The tel # online was not working. I do not want to discourage any Visitors but save your life. If you can’t have a seat , you can’t hear the guide. It’s useless to pay high amount to buy the ticket.
The next day I hired a taxi for few hours. He was my guide and driver then dropped me at hotel. My family members were very happy by this experience.

Useful to get to some attractions even though the route looks a bit odd as it unnecessarily goes around Al Haram. Stops at shopping malls also are questionable but overall a nice way to go around Madinah considering the traffic jam in the city (hard to call Kareem)

Staff are not polite and hard to converse with them. Bus stopped for a long time at one of the stops and messed up my whole itinerary. Good idea but poor execution overall.

The rid was nice but the audio comes on often late making the narration out of sync with what we're seeing. It's very annoying when one is anxious to hear the narration and it's not coming on. More efforts should be given to ensure this aspect works well, on time and in tune.

Found hard time in searching for the place to board the bus! After long search, it was found walking down for further ten minutes! Although mentioned free water on the bus, no such arrangement could be seen! The driver said thats in the office। The frequency of the buses are good enough! You can skip one and can wait for the next if requires! Small setbacks aside, it was enjoyful due to open deck, double decker!

Very Disappointing Experience
I booked City Sightseeing Al Madinah Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour on Confirmed reference #1269906086. Booking reference #878162642
However, paid service was not provided nor communicated. This was an extremely stressful and poor experience for my family of four, stranded guests in a foreign city.
This was despite the fact my family and I woke as early at 7am doing a merry go round (lasting for hours, under extreme heat) trying to locate the bus stop, although the package was presented a 24 hours conspicuous shuttle bus.
On 1st May 2022, while stranded at the bus stop, unable to use my ticket because the bus never showed up. I sent a twitter message to Viator but only got a response on 4th may 2022.
At the same time, I sent a twitter message to the local tour operator, @CSMadinah (City Sightseeing Ltd), I am yet to receive a response as I write this review on 9th May 2022.
I equally sent messages to the Viator app and WhatsApp contacts. It's past a week now, I hope for quick and full refund. This is the minimum the company can do.
I now have a response via email that investigation is ongoing - "Re: Refund Request - BR-878162642 [ ref:_00Dd0gJSL._5006T1xvMfZ:ref ]".
I suggest the providers of this service ensure timely communication of routines and critically include a google location for pick up to assist tourists/users/customers.

L'esperienza non ci e' piaciuta molto non c'erano le te linee previste ma una sola quindi il percorso ridotto, inoltre causa Ramadan lavoravano fino alle 15,30 il biglietto comprato valevole per 24 ore usato molto poco per il resto pagato taci. Tutto ciò non va bene i biglietti avrebbero dovuto costare la metà. Informatevi prima!!!! Sicuramente non viene rimborsata la parte non goduta
