Harsh road! Be prepared to survive in a van for 3-4 hours that picks up you after taxi in El-Qoseir. The road is quite bad in Qena and Luxor. If you prefer high comfort chose something else.
Everything else is quite impressive and enjoyable! Have a nice trip!
