The guide was very friendly & informative. The breakfast & lunch were descent too. The Pamukkale view is amazing. Experience at cleopatra pool, Heriapolis is great. The tour also took to local factories to market their local produce of gems/rocks/jewelleries & wine/turkish-delights. I need to mention that these were no cheap & priced like UK highstreet shops - need to be caution there. The same eatables & some products were foubd at half the factory price in a store at tea-break stop. Otherwise the trip is excellent.

Coach, driver, guide and meals excellent .
Just disappointed that Cleopatra 's pool shut for renovation at the time of our visit and the water flow over into the calcified pools seems very little compared to previous visits, although haven't visited for many years perhaps this is now normal or due to the very hot summer in Turkiye this year.

Beste was a great guide and very knowledgable. No complaints about her. There are however issues with the logistics.
1. The bus was hot. The AC was running all the time but it was inadequate.
2. The stopovers at the Shops (Wine, Stone) was forced. I know it’s mentioned in the itinerary but these disrupts the flow of the journey and the overall trip could have been cut short by another 2 hours if these were avoided.
3. The place that served lunch was awful! Dirty, loud and many of the dishes were already finished.
4. Someone on the bus was constantly vaping. Unfortunately there were multiple families travelling with kids (including the smoker). I would have expected the guide to step in and stop it, but nothing of that sort happened.
So overall, this could have been a much better experience if the logistics were better.

The tour guides were fantastic, and the actual city itself. This excursion is overpriced transport and mediocre lunch that doesn't even include drinks. The restaurant you're taken to is completely in the middle of nowhere so they deem acceptable to overcharge for drinks. Hire private transport so you can go at your own time. 3 hours for the site is not enough time.

Ancient City Hierapolis, Pamukkale and Cleopatra Pool. Worth the hours of travelling. The ancient city Hierapolis, Pamukkale make the time spent travelling well worth it. Have a dip in Cleopatra pool - so don't forget the swim suites. Breakfast is Turkish presented in a box, so take your own if necessary as there is nothing to purchase. Lunch we did not touch as the flies had got there first!! The restuarant and toilets were dirty.

I enjoyed the ride. I took one star away because the guide took us to the shops where I found the merchants very dishonest in pricing their merchandise. I got ripped off. Travelers need to be aware of that.

Early start, well organised , the place can be busy and need to be barefoot
Goods stops . Breakfast and lunch both could be better but it reflects the price charged. It’s good value for money your . Would highly recommend.

The Journey is about 315 kilometres the time we arrived after stopping off at the Onyx factory it was already late in the day 3 hours at the site which is divided into accident ruins of Heliopolis and thermal spa along with the majestic site of the white hills of Pamuakale .Absolutely breath taking. only downside would have liked more time here and arrived a lot earlier,otherwise well worth a visit.

Agence Arbok mal organisée sur la réservation. A oublier de venir me prendre le jour J. (Reporté)
L’excursion en elle même est réalisée par un prestataire qui centralise les clients des différentes agences.
L’excursion de 13h est en fait une excursion de 3h à Pammukale, bcp trop court !
Une grande partie de l’excursion consiste à nous faire visiter des lieux de shopping (boutique de pierre, usine de veste en cuir en contrefaçon , snack,etc). On a passé plus de temps dans ces boutiques qu’à Pammukale.
Le car était mal climatisé , le chauffeur enlevait la Clim dans les pentes pour économiser du carburant.
Le petit déjeuner était sommaire (un œuf + un petit morceau de concombre et un morceau de tomate).
Le déjeuner était un self pas hygiénique, nourriture périmée et de mauvaise qualité. Les boissons sont payantes la nourriture est épicée exprès pour pousser à la vente.
Le fameux jus de Grenade à 3€ traine au sol au soleil dans des bouteilles.
Trajet trop long sans Clim une bonne partie du trajet

Hello, During the confirmation of your tour, I gave your pick-up time as 06:00, but you said that you were ready at 07:00. I guess you missed your tour because you messed up the clock.
We have given you a new day to join the tour again.
It is stated in our tour program that there is a store visit.
We apologize for the heat and air conditioning, but the week you went on the tour, there was a dry air temperature that has not been seen in all the Aegean Mediterranean region countries for years. There have been many forest fires in all these countries due to the extreme heat.
Especially the western and inner aegean region, your holiday region and the region you went on tour, were affected by the fires and hot weather.
Turkey, Greece, Italy and Spain faced fires for days, especially in coastal areas.
The extreme heat and the weather change caused by the fires affected the cooling systems in the vehicles and became insufficient.
We need to reconsider breakfast and lunch, thank you for your warning.
