Fun way to see Manchester

I had a great time with my 10 year old daughter walking all over Manchester to find the clues. Clues are of moderate to low difficulty and a great way to learn the history of the city. Will do in other walkable cities. Definitely recommend.

Best way to see the City of Manchester.

A terrific treasure hunt around the city of Manchester. Made for a brilliant way to see the city. It was all organised well. Clues were easy to slightly challenging. We overlooked the amount of time we would need to complete the course and in this case had to leave the last 3 questions. Overall we loved this and would recommend to others.

A great way to get to see interesting parts of the city. Comfy shoes are a must and we availed ourselves of the refreshment recommendations along the way so paced ourself .

Lovely walk around the city

Loved recommendation for the pub and lovely way to see the city without clues being too hard. Only issue was at clue 13 there was scaffolding on the library which meant we were unable to see the answer. Also roadworks meant we crossed at a different point impacting on clue 14.

Really good experience

After having completed the Treasure Hunt, we think that it's a great way to tour Manchester. I would reccomend it for sure, especially for groups of 4+ people. In my opinion, it is a lot more fun if you compete against each other. However, we did run into a couple that were guessing the clues together, which is a good alternative. I wanted to take my time to write this review, but especially to thank Paul and Ian, because I had to message them a few times regarding our booking, and they were so helpful and kind. Do not hesitate to contact them. Overall, 5/5 experience.

This is a very interesting tour to take a peak at parts of Central Manchester its not likely you would see under normal circumstances, history, architecture, human interest and bits of fun all included here. Make sure you have access to another map as the ones provided in the clues are a bit rudimentary and don't have enough detail to them. Good fun and worth the effort.

Really enjoyed the tour. Despite having lived in Manchester for years, this tour took me to places that I didn't know existed. Great for titbits of history and to discover new places. It was also fantastic to go at your own place and linger in interesting spots!

Discovering Manchester

Myself and a friend did the tour with our two 13 year olds, we are both from Manchester but don't get into the city very often and wanted to show our kids the sights. Everything we saw was new to me! We all really enjoyed it, was a shame the libraries weren't open to have a look inside, but the benefit of alot of places still being closed was the streets were so quiet you can take time to look up and appreciate all the architecture. Highly recommended.
