Great experience! Everyone should go to a premier league match at least once in their life. It would have been nice to get the actual ticket before the match. What was sent via email, was a voucher for the ticket. When I got to the stadium, I had to find the ticket office which was not easy to find or close. Then it was difficult for them to track down my ticket. Once it was all sorted, the seats were great and it delivered everything promised.
We came from 2 goals down to win the game with Aston Villa and I was happy that I experienced that. Wowwwww, what a game
Great experience being in the Kit room ahead of the game. Our seats were fantastic. Too bad ManU lost.
The whole process with Viator was so easy , great communication and tickets arrived 4 days before match. The stadium experience with the lounge experience was amazing.
Nothing to complaint when you see your favourite football club played at their home turf. Except for the tie result after casemiro's red card. The atmosphere, the fans, the game is excellent.
Have a glitch due to match postpone for 1 day, but after a call to the operator and explain the ticket still valid, all is good.

Overall the hospitality package was great for our evening out ag Old Trafford. We travelled a long way for the experience and it was excellent. Something to watch out for is match dsy changes which caught us. Our match was moved from Jan 2 at 3pm to Jan 3 at 8pm. That really affected our travel plans and hotel booking(s) etc. We would have appreciated a Communication from Viator in that regard as it was very last minute and we discovered on social media. When our tickets arrived there was no mention of the change. Not a negative but awareness wise, seats at Old Trafford are hard to come by so the game seats are very high up in the corner. View of the match is great but you do need great vision to know who is who down at pitch level.
Overall great experience and one I will certainly look to repeat.

This was an amazing experience. From the very beginning when we had to collection the tickets, it was super easy. We just had to go to the Members Services Area, show our ID and done!! Super easy! Then, on our way to our seats, we had access to the Salford Suite lounge which is very comfortable! They received us with tea and coffee and we also had the possibility to buy food if we wanted. Beers and wine where also available to buy of course! The atmosphere at the stadium was amazing! It worth the money and I cannot wait to go to another match! Highly recommend it!!

An amazing night at the Theater of Dreams to see Manchester United against Arsenal in the FA Cup. The atmosphere was incredible and the seats were located about half way up on the halfway line; the perfect place to see all of the action. Picking up the tickets was quick and easy from the main Manchester United Members ticket office.Highly recommended.

Das Angebot ist total überteuert und es wird kaum Leistung geboten Kitroom-Ticket. Für ca. 500 Euro/Ticket hatten wir mehr erwartet! Unsere Plätze boten gute Sicht auf das Spielfeld, befanden sich aber in der äußersten oberen Ecke - sehr gute Sehfährigkeit der Augen werden also vorausgesetzt. Der Extra-Aufgang war schwierig zu finden.
