So hard to find the location and instructions poor! The details and explanation did t give enough information and had to flip to another website, that was free!!!

Didn't know the app was free to begin with. For what did I pay 5 euros? The Tour was nice though, but it is actually free.

Just the right length of walk and information at each point. Of our phones do not have earphones sockets. Also this is not a circular route and some time was spent getting back to the start.

Very bad experience with all my respect, the customer service’s answer came late, knowing that I asked them at 5 AM, then I did at 08 AM or so when I reached Malmö, they replied at 10 AM when I had already 2 hours in Malmö, I had to check google to visit 2-3 places in, and instead of coming back to Copenhagen afternoon as scheduled I had to do it before 11:30. I paid for a service that I didn’t use.. I practically threw the money! I don’t recommend it. Booking a another tour ( bus or boat sightseeing ) would have been better!!

For all reading this review, I believe it is apparent that expecting customer service at 5.00 in the morning is just silly. We replied first thing when we opened at 10.00 and learnt of the question. The requested information was already sent out automatically at the time of booking and just had not been read. Phone support was also available the entire time but not used; even if I would have been woken up at 5 am I would still answer. We have also informed that refund is possible but this was nevertheless never requested.
This person has not experienced the tour. She says herself she didn't have or give herself time to do so. Her issue, if with anything non-imaginary at all, is with the TripAdvisor/Viator booking interface and not anything relating to this tour as such.
