I booked this tour through Viator with the understanding that it would be conducted in Spanish, as it was the only language option available at the time of booking. However, the guide did not speak a single word of Spanish during the entire experience.
While the destination and logistics of the tour were fine, I ended up paying more than Portuguese-speaking participants for a service that was never delivered. It's not about the money — it's the principle. If you're offering a Spanish-language tour, make sure a Spanish-speaking guide is actually provided.
I’ve contacted customer service and am awaiting a resolution. Just a heads-up for other travelers relying on language support.
