- Dress code is casual. Best to be as light as possible. The main activity is water so be prepared to be fully or partially wet on the tour.

- No need for sunblock lotion as area is shaded (not good for the river eco system). Bring bug spray.
- Pickup time is 9:40 am at the Lobby
- Please take extra clothes along with you to change back into dry clothes before sitting on the vehicle seats, this will help us to maintain clean comfortable seats for all customers.

Had a fabulous visit to Mayfield falls. It’s so authentically beautiful and we were able to take our time to really appreciate it. Experiencing the natural jacuzzi’s and swimming in the pools was fantastic. Dave our guide was really friendly and helpful, he looked after our phone and took a lot of photos on it for us.

Beautiful falls, great walk through the river, multiple falls, and jungle. Our river guide, Kimarley, was great - fun, patient, low key, provided great info along tour. Be prepared for a great workout in the cool river water for the majority of the experience. The included lunch was delicious—my curry chicken was made with wild turmeric growing on the property. Seems like a family run business, all those at property were friendly and welcoming—including the domino players! Treacherous 90 minute drive from Negril due to road conditions, so be prepared if you’re prone to car sickness. Our driver Damien was familiar and knew when to slow down and when to hit the gas. Overall, highly recommended if you want a natural excursion away from the beach and tour group crowds.

What I can say. WOW WOW. This place is worth every dollar and more. Please take my word for it travel over 60 countries. KYMANIE HE IS THE BEST. Patience, knowledgeable, he loves his job. The best tour guide. This young man let you feel comfortable doing the tour and safe. Love Mayfield Falls. The food off the hook. Friendly drivers and staff. BOOK AND GO YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

You will actually be traversing the falls and river. Our guide Dave was very knowledgeable on the trip up the river and you could tell. He knew exactly where to place your feet despite the rushing water. He was incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable and safe the entire excursion. The trip itself took about and hour through the river and then an extra 10-15 minutes to and from their office. Dave was also very informative, telling us the local uses for plenty of different things. Limestone wash, wicker vines, cashews; very cool stuff. The food was incredible, definitely the best we’ve had since we’ve been in Jamaica. Overall an amazing experience that I would 100% do again, with some different shoes though.

The Mayfield Falls tour was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it especially if you love being one with nature. The driver Damion was very professional and navigated the roads safely. Cordell, the guide was excellent as well. He helped me “a non swimmer” safely navigate the falls. The provided meal was delicious as well! Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The views are stunning and I learned about different plants in the area. 10/10 experience!

We had a great day. Our driver Seymour was lovely and we had great discussions about the area and country. The falls were beautiful and our guide Andray took photos, showed and taught us about the local plants in the area. The river was practically empty and it was refreshing and peaceful. Recommended for those who want to avoid crowds and touristy attractions

The tour guide at the falls was so lovely, they insured we enjoyed the whole experience. They were giving lots of interesting information and were very considerate towards us. The lunch was delicious. The guide that drove us made sure we saw as much as possible giving plenty of opportunities for photos

It was a wonderful experience the tour guy from Mayfield went above and beyond and stop to explain each plant 🪴 what it does and for what is used for . He played with my son and helped us when it felt rough in the water, please wear anti mosquito! We both got eaten alive!!!! . Our driver Damion was amazing picked us up on time and even waited for us to return back to our hotel unlike the other driver . Thank you Damion

Beautiful hike up a tropical river with many waterfalls! My family thoroughly enjoyed it. Dwight was a great tour guide. He took so many great pictures that we will have to remember this trip. He literally held my hand and helped me walk through difficult parts of the river (I am 69). The home cooked chicken lunch was delicious! Highly recommend!

Three of us in our group with our own guide. Yes the falls are small in comparison to some other falls, but the guide was great and did interesting things with the group, including taking photos for us with our cameras. Good lunch to follow. The locals need our support so just go for it.

This was a really fun and unique walk inside a waterfall. Dennis was helpful and took great care of us. A highlight was the area where we gathered and spread limestone "mud" over each other. Our skin was ah - maaa - zing afterward. The lunch was delish as well.

Super intimate. Only one other couple on our tour. The guide made us feel completely safe crossing over the river and the rapids and made sure we had a super fun time. The jerk chicken was yum!!

Our driver was caught up in traffic and called me to let me know, which was greatly appreciated. I used Viator for 4 excursions in Jamaica and all the drivers were reliable, friendly, and knew exactly where to go. This excursion was very active, which I was not expecting. (I'm very out of shape.) Bring water shoes! Our guide at Mayfield Falls took great care of us. Obviously, I didn't have my glasses, so it was difficult to see the rocks.. I tripped so many times, but our guide helped me. I'm not a good swimmer and was a bit nervous in some parts. He took great pictures and videos for us. After the falls, we walked up a very steep hill!! I was huffing and puffing!! Afterwards, they fed us lunch, which was very good. However, be prepared to pay for the drinks. We only saw 1 other couple throughout our entire time at the Falls. I tipped the guide 1000 JMD, and he basically said that wasn't enough, which sort of embarrassed me. I gave another 1000 JMD.. not sure if that was appropriate. He also said USD is difficult to exchange, so he wanted JMD. I gave an additional tip to our driver.

This trip was well worth the cost and the drive to the location! Dave was our guide and he took us through the falls for a very memorable experience. He was great at taking pictures for us in good spots, he was considerate to the fact that I didn't know how to swim, and he knew every single rock in the water to help us step in the right places as we went through the water.
