Arrival and Departure ARRIVAL – AIRPORT PICKUP Airport pickup is done on the outside. Once Immigration and Customs are cleared, exit the building and go to the arrival area. Enter the first door on right at the information desk to exit the terminal. When outside, turn right and walk towards the Groovy Grouper area. Our driver /greeter will be standing behind the barricade holding a sign displaying our company name (look for your name). Once you have identified the greeter, present your booking details to him/ her and you'll be escorted you to your ride. DEPARTURE/RETURN TRANSFER- HOTEL PICKUP Pickup from the hotel is scheduled for 4 hours before the flight departure time you specify on this reservation. A message will be sent through your reservation with your exact pickup time. On your departure date, please check out and be ready at least 10-15 minutes prior to this time. Meet your driver at the entrance to the main lobby as specified on your reservation. Drivers can wait only 15 minutes after the pickup time given.

I booked the transfer on the day of the flight out and Scott was there waiting with a sign when we landed. 45 minute drive to hotel and he mentioned landmarks along the way. Just the right amount of talking, nice and chilled. We’ve booked for way back.

We had a big party arriving at different times of the day and Scott accommodated all our requests. Quick to respond, very flexible when flights were delayed, easy to find at the airport and engaging when we needed information about what to do. Will recommend for big and small parties alike.

Our driver Scott was fantastic! Very welcoming and taught us a lot about the Jamaican culture as we drove to our resort. He offered to give us rides wherever we needed during our stay. Book with him and you won't be disappointed!
