Your pick up time is the time you selected when booking the tour, the actual start time of the excursion depends on what time you get to the excursion site. Our driver will meet each guest at the front lobby of the pick up point and take them to the excursion, wait for them and take them back to their place of stay. We had an amazing bamboo rafting experience in Jamaica, and a big part of that was thanks to Jerome and Raymond!
Jerome was our raft guide, and he truly made the experience special. He was funny, personable, and shared so much about the local culture, which made the ride feel more meaningful and not just like a tour. He also gave an incredible limestone massage — definitely a highlight of the experience!
Raymond was our driver, and he was just as great. He made the entire trip smooth and comfortable, and went above and beyond to make it enjoyable for us. He took me to grab authentic Jamaican beef patties, and even took my daughter to get a fresh, real Jamaican coconut, which she loved. Those extra touches made the day feel more personal and memorable.
If possible, I would absolutely recommend requesting Jerome and Raymond together — they make a great team and really elevate the whole experience.
I would 100% book this again the next time I’m in Jamaica!

This was a great experience, Jerome and colleagues went out of their way to make sure we got everything we needed. We played our own music and enjoyed the calm ride. The massages were also enjoyable. Keep in mind everything besides the rafting is an add on so make sure you have enough cash available. We couldn’t travel very far down the river because the water was too rough but we did make it worthwhile.

The experience was I felt was not worth the money. When we arrived we were greeted by Joseph who advised he could not do the raft so was left with another person who don't get me wrong was a very nice chap.
The rafting experience was 100 meters down stream, stopped for limestone wax and then turned around to be pulled up stream to the starting point. Spent most of the 1 hour stationery which left us feeling underwhelmed by the whole experience.

Our driver Raymond was on time, which is big with me. He was very knowledgeable about Montego Bay and his culture. The van was cool and clean. He made two women traveling alone feel safe. He even took us to a local market place. Our rafter Josh was 10/10 he shared his knowledge of the River, the bridge ancient benefits of the limestone. His foot massage was top tier, he even stopped along the River route for Oxtails and rice and beans. Book this tour you won't be disappointed.

Was caught in the rain. But it was nice bc no one else was there. So we had the place and guides to ourselves. And they were all so attentive. They also got to relax a bit bc it was just us. And honestly doing in the rain was probably the coolest thing lol. We even jumped up. Our guides Kevin, Jay, and I forgot the other guy were so professional and extremely fun. Me and my partner enjoyed this together.

This is a must do in Jamaica!!! If you don’t, you’re definitely missing out on an experience. This was so relaxing . All you have to do is sit back and relax and the captain of your raft takes care of you from the foot rub, to making sure you have music playing on your raft to making sure your having a good time. The only con was the ride was short . It only went 1/4 way down the river. However it was amazing, the captain took good care of us from making sure we had something to drink (we purchased on our own) and making sure we learn something along the way. The limestone is available to take with you home for purchase. All in all, this was literally amazing and a dream come true that I could experience it!

It is a very relaxing experience, the vibes are everything! Josh was the best! He was young but definitely knew what he was doing. My phone fell in the river, josh and team did not give up until they found it and I was VERY APPRECIATIVE! The hospitality is amazing!

When we drove in we where greeted by a gentleman that got us where we needed to be and directed us to Joshua that was our captain… he was very knowledgeable about the limestone and the history of the lake …. The massage was very good 10/10 he carefully helped us on and off the rafts … I will most definitely book again

I am sorry you did not like the shopping area, I was your driver when I pulled up at the hotel on time you were already gone in the wrong vehicle I had to wait for you to come back around, once you got in my vehicle I went out my way to give you a look of downtown you like that I drove that way u said you felt good that you were getting a free city tour, I told you we could do the craft market with the locals or we could do the Hipstrip with the Indians selling in the stores you did not hesitate to tell me you wanted to go on the Hipstrip I made sure to follow instruction then once I got on the Hipstrip I had to find a suitable park unless I could get my wheel clamped, once I pulled up you went in the store where I parked, I waited very long you even asked me how much time you had leave and I told you take your time, I didn’t even knew when you exited the shop and went further down the street, these shops are not our shops so you cannot give a review based on the shop you ended up spending your money with. This review is totally unacceptable and unjust. We appreciate your business either way.
