Great tour which shows the highlights of the Luanda. My guide was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of interesting information about the city of Luanda
I only wish that they told me that on Sundays many of the attractions would have been closed so that I can reschedule my booking, but other than this, great tour!

Great experience discovering Luanda! My guide Yvonne picked me up right on time and gave very clear explanations in both English and French. She made the tour smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Luanda is an amazing city, full of energy and beauty, and this tour is a perfect introduction. Highly recommended

Even though tour started 2 hours late, very educational, Information regarding Angola's past, present and future were presented. Very objective and enjoyable. Tour guide Ivone was very efficient and knowledgeable.

We arrived at the meeting spot on time. There were much confusion with the employees at the location. We were told the bus was not available until later. We waited in the hot sun for over an hour before a half broken down bus arrived. The bus has a broken window and no air conditioning. Our guide Ivone did her best to remedy the problem. She provided us with refund for half of the cost due to the inconvenient. She also bought us cold drinks at the gas station before the tour. She did a great job and provided us with the necessary information about the city. She actually made the tour bearable. I would recommend this trip because it is much cheaper than what the cruise ship has to offer.

Poorly organized tour. Had to wait 2 hours in the heat for our bus. Staff had no idea what was happening. When a bus finally arrived others who had also been waiting quite some time got on first and there was no space for our group. Finally another bus arrived 2 hours late. Our tour guide gave no cometary and when asked he didn’t seem to know much of any thing. We booked a city tour but saw very little. Water and snacks were to be provided but we only received water when we asked and we had to stop for the driver to buy it. No snacks were provided Very disappointed we would not recommend this company

Additionally, we want to mention that on that day, there was a political activity related to the new political party "Movimento da Juventude Angolana," which resulted in some streets being blocked and limited access to the city. This situation contributed to the difficulties you faced during the tour.

The tour guide and driving working together and knowledge the guide has were excellent. Also the expectation that the US president was arriving that day was taken into consideration while expecting the potential for traffic and street closures. In addition for only having 2 hours the variety and amount of locations we visited was efficient and well organized. I would also like to point out that because of the time constraints, having the other tour passengers understanding the same language( in this case English) speaking , helped with the efficiency as well. I can imagine, having to tell us the information in say 4 languages would have effected that. Whether that was planned or not, with the/any tour operator is something to be considered for time and efficiency

Our guide Ivone was brilliant. Her knowledge of the area was excellent and she had a great sense of humour. Great tour and good value for money. Much, much cheaper than equivalent cruise company tour.

I arrived at the pick-up location at 0950 for a 1000 tour. I waited until 1030 and the tour guide never arrived.

We deeply regret what happened during the group tour. We would like to clarify that the car had been at the agreed location since 9 a.m. for the start of the tour at 10 a.m. and all 12 participants were aware of this time. The tour car only left the site at 10.15 a.m. with 11 participants, only Mr. F missing, because the guide was unable to locate you after asking each of the people present at the site, without any success, so the tour car left the site. We also left a uniformed guide at the pick-up point, who was also unable to receive any contact from you

Our tour guide was Etson. He spoke very good English and was knowledgeable on all aspects of Angola and Luanda. Etson encouraged questions and was very approachable. We received bottled water and a bag of snacks on the bus which was comfortable and air-conditioned. I’d recommend this tour and company for anyone visiting Luanda. We thoroughly enjoyed the city highlights.
