Worst Experience — Misleading Cruise Booking and Refusal to Refund

I had a very bad experience with Dewclaw Eco Tours and Safari Ltd and their agent, Lekman Banda. I booked a sunset boat cruise for my family of 5 people. The company used pictures of a large cruise boat from The Lion King Tours, which is what made me book the trip. However, on the actual day of the cruise, we were redirected to a completely different boat. When I asked why we were not given the same cruise shown in the pictures, Lekman told me that the boat was full, so they had transferred us to another one. I had clearly booked based on the cruise shown in the pictures, but when I questioned him, he said the ticket did not mention any specific cruise name and that I should just accept whatever boat was provided. To make things worse, he spoke to me very rudely, abused me, and refused to give any refund. This was a very disappointing and misleading experience. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before booking any tour with Dewclaw Eco Tours and Safari Ltd, especially if you are expecting the same service or boat shown in their pictures.
