Pick-up is available only from hotels and lodges in Livingstone, Victoria Falls, and Kasane. Private residences and Airbnb locations may require guests to meet at the nearest major hotel. • Exact pick-up time will be confirmed the day before the tour and will fall between 06:30 and 07:00 AM, depending on your hotel location and border traffic. • Please be ready at the hotel reception or main entrance at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. • For guests staying in Livingstone or Victoria Falls, the tour includes assisted border crossing at Kazungula. Travelers must carry a valid passport and ensure they have the appropriate visa if required. • Visa fees (if applicable) are not included and must be paid directly at the border in cash or as advised by immigration officials. • For guests staying in Kasane, pick-up is direct from your hotel or lodge, with no border crossing required. • This is a shared group tour. Pick-up times may vary slightly due to multiple hotel collections. • In case of hotel changes or late arrivals, guests must notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid missing the pick-up.

A valid passport is required for all travelers. Guests departing from Livingstone or Victoria Falls will cross into Botswana and must ensure they have the appropriate visa, if applicable. Visa fees are not included. • Hotel pick-up is between 06:30 and 07:00 AM. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed prior to the tour. Guests are requested to be at the hotel reception at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. • The experience lasts approximately 5–6 hours, with return around midday, subject to border formalities and traffic conditions. • This is a shared tour, and pick-up times may vary slightly due to multiple hotel collections. • Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as animals move freely within the park. • Guests should wear comfortable clothing, closed shoes, and bring sun protection and a camera. • Children are welcome; however, the tour is not wheelchair accessible. • While border and park procedures are handled professionally, occasional delays may occur beyond the operator’s control.

Incredible way to pack in a lot of safari

I did the half-day tour, which felt like the right amount of time out on the dirt roads of Chobe. I was the only half-day participant, so I was put in a whole-day group that was going on a boat later in the day, but that meant there was more schedule flexibility for them. If you're booking the half-day, note that the timing offered in the description is very optimistic. I was picked up at 6:30a in VF, and the "half-day" had me back at 1:50p -- barely in time for a trip to Zambia I had booked at 2p. Scheduling issues aside, the game drive was excellent, the driver knowledgeable and they all worked together to share sighting tips. We got to see many elephants, giraffes, kudu, and even a lion and a leopard! When there were gaps in big game sightings the driver was able to point out interesting birds, and a bit about how the animals live here and their patterns of life.
