Hotel pickup is available from Livingstone (Zambia) and Victoria Falls town (Zimbabwe). Pickup times vary and will be confirmed the day before the activity. Please be ready at your hotel reception 10–15 minutes prior to pickup. A valid passport is required, and travelers are responsible for obtaining the correct visa. Drop-off is at the original pickup location unless otherwise arranged.

Travelers are responsible for holding the correct visa. • What to wear: Wear swimwear, quick-dry clothing, and secure water shoes.
