Nous sommes déçus du rapport qualité prix. Pour la promesse d’une visite en langue française, Viator, a négligé les connaissances du guide, et vu le prix payé nous aurions pu nous attendre à un guide plus expérimenté sur la ville de Liverpool et de son histoire. La bonne volonté, la gentillesse de la guide ne sont pas à remettre en cause mais plutôt la sélection de Viator sur la prestation qui encore une fois n’est pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Nous pourrions attendre de Viator un geste commercial.
