Paid £318, booked in advance, waited over an hour for pickup and nobody turned up, contacted them to be told the boat had left can we just go another day, we only have 2 days left in Bali and have plans, now i have 3 very upset and crying children! Do not trust this company

Unfortunately, due to an issue with the booking notification, our team did not receive your reservation information as expected. As a result, we were unaware of your booking and were unable to arrange your pickup.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after you had already planned your experience with us.
We have accepted your full refund request through Viator, and Viator will proceed with the refund to your original payment method.
We will also contact Viator directly to investigate why we did not receive the booking notification email for your reservation, so we can understand what happened and help prevent a similar issue in the future.
