The pickup itself was fine — the driver was at the airport waiting for us and everything worked out in the end. However, I had a really hard time confirming the pickup time, even needing to ask the hotel to try calling them. While the service ultimately went smoothly, communication could definitely be improved.

They forgot us at the airport. We booked this transfer 2 days before flying and had a confirmation but when we landed there was no one to pick us up. Thankfully another company was able to help us get to our hotel.

Avoid - they did not show up

They did not even show up to collect us. Asked for me flight number at midnight the night before but was not there to collect us. Messaged the company but even 30 mins after the scheduled time they were still asking us to wait. We ended up just getting a van from the arrivals area which was much faster, easier and half the cost of the money I wasted on this.
