We used this service to travel from Kos to the Kos Port. It was about a 30 minute commute. The driver was very professional. We had no issues locating him, as he was waiting where we expected him. The vehicle was extremely nice (Mercedes van) and roomy. I would highly recommend this service.

Our driver was easy to find after our flight. He was very friendly and helped with our bags. The car was very nice and had plenty of room, even had a car seat for my baby. Would definitely recommend.

It was hard to find the driver. He wanted us to call him when we landed. He was outside the airport and pulled up. I needed up sending him pictures of where we were waiting as I could not find the spot he shared. The drive was straight forward with little interaction with the driver. He dropped us at the port and was on his way.

Wir hatten wie im Vorjahr diesen Transfer gebucht, da wir sehr zufrieden waren. Dieses Jahr wurde wohl unser Gepäck unterschätzt und wir wurden mit einem zu kleinen Auto abgeholt. Das wurde auf der Rückfahrt aber großzügig mit einem riesigen Mercedes wieder gutgemacht. Also alles prima, das nächste mal würde ich eine Gepäckangabe mit dazuschreiben.

Wir haben leider erst einen Tag später fliegen können, das Viator Team war super unterstützend, super freundlich und hat uns am nächsten Tag sofort vom Flughafen abgeholt, obwohl wir sicher die gesamte Planung durcheinandergebracht haben. Während in Deutschland alle immer mehr auf Regeln hinweisen, nicht flexibel sind, empfinden wir das unterstützende Mitgefühl der Griechen als eine Wohltat. Ich kann Viator von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Sehr schönes großes Auto, kurzer Transfer zum Hotel, wirklich alles bestens.
