The tryp was amazing and the team so nice, but they picked up 2 hours before and we waited one hour in the boot. The food was good, but drinks are not included.

This is hands down THE WORST tourist trap experience of my life! If you want to have a good time and enjoy unit Greece - DO NOT book this trip!
First off, when we were let on the boat, we sat at a table with shade - primarily because of my senior parents who preferred some shade. We were immediately accosted by angry aggressive Germans who said we needed to leave - we found out later they were friends with the tour guide or captain and so they verbally attacked us while frothing at the mouth.
We were so intimated by them due to their hostile words, we were practically bullied to switch seats. We then saw them later receiving preferential treatment by the Python tour guide and crew from the boat and who was only accommodating them and nobody else. We asked the crew if my senior parents could sit somewhere else with more shade and they ignored us. We were stuck in this nightmare boat ride for 7 hours! Meanwhile the description said 4-5!
I am appalled at how they allowed other passengers to bully seniors and how they didn’t even try to accommodate them when they felt like they were going to pass out from being in the sun for 7 hours. We sat in the boat since 9am, left after one hour at 10am, and returned by 5pm.
Imagine being on a boat with aggressive German tourists, a captain and tour guides who all chain smoke cigarettes, you’re in the sun without no shade available for 7 hours even though they told you the boat ride is 5 hours max, the food is a tiny stick of souvlaki with stale bread and crappy coleslaw, and if you are a senior and need some shade - sorry you are out of luck. If this sounds appealing to you then this is the trip for you, but I could think of a hundred other ways to spend in Greece than on a hot ass boat with unfriendly tourists and terrible hosts.

We are very sorry to read that you were not satisfied with your experience on our tour. However as a business we would like to take our stand on the situation. Firstly as you describe its not a 7 hour continuous boat ride, we have 3 stops on different islands throughout the day, with the longest time on board coming up to 1 hour and 45 min - max 2 hours, depending on the weather conditions. Regarding your disagreement with other passengers, not at any moment was the crew made aware of any aggression or verbal attack against someone. Our crew and captain are deeply concerned with the wellbeing of all our guests, something you may have noticed since you had a long chat with him during the whole day. Shaded areas are provided on board, but since its an open air wooden sailboat the sun covers a lot of space, as seen in our pictures in the tour description. Our crew ensured us that if made aware of, solutions for everyone's needs and comfort can be found. Regarding the smoking reported, its not against the law in Greece to smoke in outdoor spaces, nor is it a strict non smoking activity. On behalf of our team and crew we wished you would have raised your concerns while on the tour so that we would have the chance to help out as good as possible. Our company does not support or tolerate aggression verbal or of any other form, but at the same time we strongly believe that insults and racial comments are not the solution in this situation.

Die Bootstour war wirklich super schön, vor allem die Stopps im Meer, wo vom Boot ins glasklare Wasser gesprungen werden durfte. Die Stimmung und die Musik an Board waren super, Getränke hatten humane Preise und das Mittagessen war für den Preis völlig i.O. Vegetarisch/vegane Alternative zum Fleisch waren Bohnen aus der Dose, aber völlig okay.
Transport hat sehr gut geklappt, der Bus war klimatisiert und sauber.
