This tour was excellent.
Tour hosts were, great and snorkelling spots were on point, saw lots of baby sharks and a few turtles.

Pick-up on time:-)
The security was not good.
They kind of counted how many people that was onboard, but I think they had little idea.
We wrote our name and age on a pice of paper before we left. Those borrowing masks noted that as well. I think the only way they knew how many of us came back was when they counted the masks after we had returned home. An example of the lack of control. In a bay with rather big waves, a teenager jumped into the waster shouting “turtle”. 20-30 people including myself followed him. I am a good swimmer, but could not hold his speed as he had fins and I not. We swam far from the boat, and I turned back as I understood it would be harder to swim against the waves back. I didn’t want to get exhausted. No turtle found and I think everyone got back safely.
Lunch was ok. Music too loud. Unfortunately the captain turned the boat because he said the waves on the north side would make us sick. Other boats went around the island as per agreement. On the positive side, we made five snorkelling stops and eventually saw turtles and had our photos.
I think the company would benefit a lot from improving security

Great chilled day out we had fantastic weather which helps I am sure
Staff helpful and professional. Boat comfortable except if you have a bony backside take a towel or cushion to sit on! Food excellent free coffee and water on board. chance to buy beer or soft drinks on board.
Take water shoes for first snorkelling spot as there is a big bank of coral to navigate and very sharp if you end up walking on it!

Snorkeling Tour to all the famous spots. Group size was good and compared to other companies a rather small size. Still in the water it could get crowded with everyone being in the way of each other. Also we would have liked more guidance and explanation of the wildlife

Best tour ever! Really recommend if you're in Koh Tao. Went to the beautiful Nang Yuan Island, hiked and snorkelled, then took the boat around Koh Tao, using the slide on the boat and snorkeling around the island. Saw so many colourful fish and coral, a turtle and a baby shark! The staff also really cared for our safety - they found the spots in the island with the least waves for us to snorkel safely. The staff are also so so kind, and arranged private transfer to our ferry right after this tour. The food was also incredible - we both had two bowls each!

If you have the funds to go for a more private experience - do it. There are many things about my experience that were concerning and annoying - but I got what I paid for, frankly. The reviews seemed Great but the reality was far from the reviews.

Amazing experience, made better by the crew who were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, helpful, full of jokes and took care of everyone on board. They even made a little fruit cake for a girl whose birthday it was - really went the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The staff are very nice, the boat comfortable, the dinner was ok. But there's garbage in the water, plastic floating around, it's really sad, the crowd that was around the poor turtle... we didn't see many fish and corals. The water's pretty jammed. I expected more... the wow effect wasn't there.

De kom til tiden alt var nemt og hygggeligt. Personalet på båden var fantastiske og opmærksomme. Meget god oplevelse igen med Viator-tak for det . Alt føltes også trygt og sikkert. Dog ville vi gerne have været fri for den høje musik- men måske det kun er os.

Une super équipe pour nous encadrer. Vu la météo nous n'avons pas pu faire un arrêt, et l'eau n'était pas très claire par endroits, mais l'excursion en elle-même était top. Le brunch et les snacks sont compris dedans, et ils n'hésitent pas à nous prendre en photo gratuitement. Vraiment un bon moment avec eux, je retournerais vers eux si j'ai l'occasion d'y retourner!
