If the pickup information is incomplete or incorrect, or the operator cannot contact you, the service may not be provided as scheduled. We can help attempt the reservation on your behalf, but ticket fees and related handling costs are paid separately, and reservation is not guaranteed. The driver-guide will wait up to 30 minutes free of charge from the scheduled pickup time. Tickets, boat rides, meals, drinks, and personal expenses are not included. If the driver-guide enters paid attractions or joins paid activities, guests cover their fee. If multiple additional pick-up or drop-off locations are involved, a separate quote will be provided based on the actual route.
