Amazing history, a water village like no where else in the world, nicely paced excursion with in depth cultural information. Our guide, Fendi, was one of the best tour guides we have encountered and we travel the world.

This was a wonderful tour. Fisal is an excellent guide; he is a very nice, sincere, and intelligent person. In addition to showing us the sites, Fisal explained many things about Brunei’s history and culture. He told us the great things about living in Brunei. We especially enjoyed the mosque and the water village. It was great seeing a family’s home and eating the delicious fried bananas.

A wonderful half-day (4 hours) private tour by car, with a terrific, knowledgeable local guide, Frendy (sp?). JUST WHAT WE WANTED!!! Highlights of the capitol city - plus a boat trip of the water village - with expert commentary from the guide, and NO "forced shopping." My wife has some trouble walking, but Frendy made it super easy, with the car. Great way to experience the city and its interesting sites.

Very bad experience. The provider did not call me. It was difficult to contacthim as there was no answer on their phone number. Finally they call me one hour arter the plan departure date and time of the trip to inform me that it has been canceled

Terrible - Avoid!

Our tour guide, while kind, was very casual and it didn’t feel like an official tour at all. I have used Viator in many cities and this was by far the worst I’ve been on. She seemed to know everyone at the sights but sat in her vehicle for a few and didn’t give us any info or history at those spots. She was also on her phone the whole time. It was disappointing. Additionally, we were not offered water as was advertised and it was extremely hot out. Finally, the price that we paid for this tour vs what it would have actually cost was ridiculous. I have paid way less in Israel, Europe and NA where costs for services are extremely higher and gotten a MUCH better tour, let alone bang for my buck. I do not recommend this tour at all and will be requesting a refund or some credit.

A great half day tour taking in all the main sights including the fascinating water village. Faisal was an excellent guide explaining Brunei culture and history and its people. I enjoyed the mosque visits and the tea at a local house in the water village. A great cultural experience.

Jason, our amazing tour guide was so knowledgeable, respectful, cared for ensuring we had a great experience, & always knew when to interject with humour. We were tossing up between this & full day, but this was just enough to see the main highlights. Jason also showed us the exact spots of where to take photos. Highlight was the first mosque we visited & the water village. Very beautiful & kind people. Loved this tour. Thank you to Jason & the tour company :)
