We had such a blast with Logan! He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area and knew exactly where to go to spot them. We saw a couple pods of dolphins, a bunch of fur seals, and lots of sea birds. We also loved the style of kayaks. You peddle with your feet to move instead of paddling the traditional way, and it was very easy to steer. This allowed us to have our hands free to take photos and videos which was great! I am confident we wouldn’t have seen as much wildlife or had as great of an experience had we of went kayaking on our own without a guide. I can’t recommend this adventure enough!

Great way to experience seals and sea lions from the water. Kayaks were safe and the newer peddle driven models. We had fun seeing seals and sea lions on the rocks and in the water.

A great experience, super chill, friendly and knowledgeable guides. The kayaks were easy to use and very stable. Loved seeing the seals, we also saw dolphins and a lone penguin.

Enjoyable experience. Saw a couple seals and sunset was beautiful. You are provided jackets to keep you warm as it can get windy. The real standout compared to other companies is the foot pedal kayaks. We hadn't done this type before and enjoyed it. Easy to use and frees up your hands for pictures etc

We did the sunset tour by accident as I booked the wrong day! T was amazing. Our guide Eva, was extremely knowledgeable. The peddle kyaks were easy to control and a new experience. We would definitely recommend it.

This was a fantastic activity to do in Kaikoura! I'm not the most physically fit person, but I was able to enjoy the kayaks. They were very easy to move around with the pedals and we could get right up close to the seals that put on a bit of a show for us. The tall guys were full of knowledge and facts and made the experience fun. I 100% recommend this activity!

Awesome time out on the kayak. Super comfortable and easy with the peddle, definitely spoiled for future kayaking! We got up pretty close to the seal, lots of great pictures and a beautiful afternoon on the water. Both guides were excellent, super knowledgeable and made everyone in the group feel at ease. Really great Kaikoura activity!

No need to worry about paddles, you’re using your legs to move the kayak. Very easy going experience. I was the only one scheduled for this time so I had a “private” experience. Saw lots of seals. Had picture perfect weather and low winds, which made the experience even more memorable. Saw the elusive blue penguins as well.
