Worst tour guide ever- do not book

there was no guided darshan for this tour, we were ditched by the guide they provided and given contradictory statements regarding the tour guide for darshan including: his job was to only bring us to the ticketing station vs tour guide would be responsible for giving us beautiful darshan/viewing of the idol-the guide left me and my elderly parents at the ticketing station. Drop off is to the heli-pad, pickup requires u to walk down off location to a store, which is inconvenient and not standard practice. My mother was pushed off the helicopter on arrival to vaishno devi and they had no sympathy or humanity.

SCAM : We strongly suspect that this was a scam to obtain free helicopter tickets,using us as victims of deceit.

We had an absolutely beautiful experience with this tour! We were able to utilize this during navratri and the amazing team at magic tour did everything possible to make the arrangments! Sonali is AMAZING!!!! the tour guide was able to get my parents the best darshan possible! The process was very smooth! Very nice people! We will use them always! Highly recommend to anyone! We are forever thankful!
