Very poor experience

The car was fat too small. we were 4 adults and the is really only suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The driver was as helpful as he could be, but, he spoke very little english, so it was a very quiet ride with no information about the area. We have used Viator's in other countries and they have been fantastic.

Hello Sheung, We have suggested that four people will be more comfortable if you choose a van, but you prefer an MPV Car, and we cannot force your wishes. Our drivers speak basic English and are not tour guides because you rent a vehicle, not a tour program/experience. Our driver tried his best to take you where you want and never refused your wishes. We apologize if our service standards still cannot satisfy you. This will be a valuable lesson for us to improve our services.
