Overview
Costa Rican beach sunsets are beautiful, but the very best place to catch the sinking sun is from the forested hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean. On this rugged off-road adventure, ride through jungle terrain and high up in to the coastal hills to watch the sun dip below the horizon and the colors wash over the Nicoya Peninsula. Along the way, you'll also have a chance to spot Costa Rican wildlife that only emerges at dusk.

Let me start by saying our tour guide Marco was phenomenal… but, this tour was not clear. It says a safari sunset!!! We rode in a 4 wheeler golf cart looking vehicle up very bad winding roads, that in itself was scary! The view was awesome once you got up there but I was expecting to see animals or something!!!! I paid 208 dollars for 3 ppl to ride up a mountain… I wouldn’t recommend this tour at all

We came during the rainy season, so we didn’t get to see much of a sunset. However, the experience was awesome. It rained while on the ATV, we got muddy and got to see sloths.
Our guide was knowledgeable and fun! Would do it again.
