Small operation, but the guides make it worth it. The snowmobile guide "Josh" really knows how to lead with intelligence. He can cater to different riders with different skill levels, making sure everyone enjoys themselves.
The dog sledding was informative and Interesting. I would have liked to leave the paddock, but who knows how the dogs behave in the wilderness.

The experience was wonderful! And the staff was great! If book through viator call for your time. Ours said 7:00 on here but time was actually 10.

The dog sledding was FANTASTIC and our dog sled guide was the best part of our day by far! Unfortunately, the snow mobile guide (name: Denver) and experience was horrible. He was very rude and did not have the personality to be in that position.

Dog sled flipped over and our friends were stuck for 30min. Our sled went over to help so our time on sled was cut in half also. Our friends got to do a total of 10min on the sled.
Snowmobiling was fun but had huge group of 10-12. And some of the others were much older and we went much slower and kept stopping so we could stay together. I thought food was supposed to be provided, but there wasn’t. For $500/ea, I had higher expectations.
Beautiful area and ranch though.

I’m currently fighting with Viator since they tell you the tour starts at 7:30! It does not start at 7:30, but actually 10:30! The ranch said they have contacted several times and Viator refuses to change it! We got up so early to make it there on time and then sat 3 hours waiting!!! Not the ranch fault!

Scenery not to be believed! Pictures don’t do it justice. Thomas, Keith & Zane were most hospitable. Dog sleigh ride was simply amazing ~ truly a bucket list item.

This was our second trip to Jackson Hole and second time snowmobiling. This was by far the BEST experience. We booked dog sledding and snowmobile. Our guide was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! He took us through gorgeous trails. Every employee at the Ranch was exceptional and made sure we had a great experience.
I highly recommend booking with Six Heart!

As a experienced Wyoming, Jackson Hole visitor, this was one of the best experiences of all time. The ranch and all it's staff, guides, mushers were extremely accommodating, patient, experienced, efficient and just all the way around great. If you are coming expecting not to be cold or snowed on, don't come, this is a true authentic winter amazing experience, no complainers wanted.

The dog-sledding & snowmobiling were awesome! I booked thru Viator and all went well until I reached the location. We got up really early and headed to the location upon arrival (7:01am) we were told we were really early, how early I asked. Our rides started at 10am. I was pretty upset about that because the booking and the lady I spoke with said to get there at least 30min early. Start time shows on my papers 7:30am! This is 3rd party, so we had to wait there until it was time. The place ended up taking us out at 9am to get us in and out by at least 1pm. Unfortunately, we didn't get the hot chocolate nor the meal. We were so tired of having to wait. I will never ever book thru a 3rd party again. So, I suggest anyone booking, go thru the venue itself, do NOT go thru 3rd party. The staff there were very nice to get us in and out.

We were scheduled to be picked up on Friday at 7:30am. At 8:15, my husband called to check and was informed we were being picked up at 8:50 and that they had called him yesterday. He had no missed call or message. Made it to ranch. Dog sledding was great. We were told we would be served lunch after dog sledding before snow mobile. There was not a worker in office not in the cafe. When someone finally showed up he was the. Cook and snow mobile guide. No lunch, drink cooler empty. No apologies or offer to make it right! Will never use this place again ! Snow mobiling was good though. We were brought back and taken on our way with no offers to make any better! We were starving and dying of thirst. Oh and we were shorted two hours on an 8 hour excursion!

The snowmobiling and dog sledding tours were phenomenal! The scenery of the snowmobiling adventure was unbelievable and it was fascinating to see the dogs work together on the sled!

Dog Sledding at Heart Six Ranch is a MUST DO Excursion. I was able to switch this reservation to just dog sledding for 4 and skipped the snowmobiling, so I can't speak to the snowmobile experience portion.
But as for the dog sledding, it was one of the best things I have ever done.
Mike has so many stories and experience to share and is incredible to be around and listen to.
The owner Frank is so friendly and also as interesting to chat with.
Playing with the Puppies was the highlight of my trip to Jackson.
I also highly suggest their food.
It was delicious!
