Felicity Travel was awesome. From pick up to drop off, 5-star customer service. The tourguide Umut is very professional and very knowledgeable. He took us to all the high points in an orderly and systematic manner, telling us anout the importance and history of each site. He’s very patient and nice, helpful and answers all our questions. Our driver Zaid is also very polite and nice. They looked after us really well. Definitely recommending. 5-star tour, excellent service!

Knowledgeable and friendly guide, well worth it to hire a private guide and driver in Ephesus. We saw Ephesus, House of Mary, Basilica of St John and I highly recommend all 3 for a good full day tour. Great communication as well and very smooth. I highly recommend this company.

Great tour guide (Ibriham) and driver (Erol). Had a very informed tour of Ephesus and a local town. The tour was also at my own pace which was really nice compared to a scripted large group tour. See what you want how you want! The flexibility of a private tour is well worth the price!

The trip was seamless. From pickup at the hotel, seeing the sites, lunch and return to hotel. Frankly couldn’t have gone any better. Kemal was my guide and was extremely informative but also gave me time to reflect and enjoy at my own pace. Would book again. Truly an amazing set of sights with this tour. Oh and the driver was fantastic - drove safely and courteously and nice large vehicle with water on board

Amazing experience. Ephesus was well preserved and a treat. Very glad we had someone there to describe aspects and give us more info. Flexible, and accommodating, Ozan was friendly and informative. He accompanied us to an authentic Turkish lunch where he answered questions and helped us order, and we got to see a special ceramic shop where they did a demo, gave us Turkish coffee and pomegranate juice and showed us beautiful hand painted glow in the dark items. Thank you for a truly great day!
