Not collected and messed around... do not recommend

We didn't end up doing the experience as we were not collected. Night before travel I tried multiple attempts to contact the company. Then got WhatsApp messages very late evening explaining they had no space on the boat. I booked this month's ago and they had been paid. Tried to charge me £15pp extra to upgrade to a later VIP 10:30am boat. Said I wouldn't pay extra wasn't my fault. They then said they'd upgrade for free. I said ok. Then they said they had made space for us on original excursion at 8am. Annoying but said ok. Next day we waited from 7:45am to 8:35am. No one came for us. Tried to contact the WhatsApp number. No response. Security Tried calling. We got fed up and returned to our room and began refund request. Then the guy contacted trying to upgrade us again. Kids really didn't want to go anymore as they didn't want to sit about waiting and I was fuming so knew it was pointless trying again. Had been messed about so much. Viator did a great job of processing the refund swiftly after reading chat screenshots. We've rebooked the Snorkeling at Hurghada dolphin house which is run by a very well communicated, efficient and friendly team.

The highlight was the quality...

The highlight was the quality snorkelling and the boat trip itself. The island is a place to relax but nothing to explore. The 7.30am start was unnecessary as we had to wait at the quayside for 1hour and 40 minutes before other passengers arrived. The company used were extremely helpful although there were constant interruptions of your day for photos to be bought at a later date. Out taxi driver was excellent!
