What a beautiful night on board of this dinner cruise along the Saigon River in HCM city..
The tour guide name :Joey .. she was awesome to us , very professional ans enthusiastic with everyone on the group. She made oir night more enjoyable and pleasant.
The good options very good and gourmet and the live music on point. Very nice group of singers and well prepared album real live .
I really enjoyed this tour and i really recommend this company .

Truc the guide honestly made this experience even better. Her kindness and constant attention and help made us feel welcomed here in Vietnam, We are spending part of our honeymoon in Vietnam and it’s people like Truc that makes us want to return. Regarding the boat, it was fun, we loved the music and the food. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had to buy our own water (we don’t drink anything else), so if anyone doesn’t plan on drinking anything else its best to bring your own water. Nevertheless, thats something for the owners to maybe consider, not the fault of Truc the guide. I totally recommend this trip to anyone traveling with a family or a partner. And hopefully you’ll get Miss Truc as your guide.

Food was good with a lot of variety. But it was more the experience to see the city at night on the water. Entertainment with the Philippino singers and dancers was a nice addition. Pickup was good and the guide we had was great to make it an enjoyable experience.

Delightful evening on the boat! Glittering skyline, comfortable dining, great food and fabulous guide with Joey. She was informative, personable and just the right touch of being with us and also mingling with her other guests. She knew so much about Ho Chi Mihn City and the River, commerce, landmark buildings and culture. I learned a lot about the many, many motor scooters and the people. Highly recommend this trip. It was one of the best experiences of our travels. The views were all breath taking of Saigon City at night on the top deck. A wonderful once in the life time experience. The Boat Benthanh Princess was awesome, so clean and gorgeous. All the staff were super in helping and assisting all the customers. We would absolutely recommend this adventure to everyone. The cruise itself was great, it would have been nice to have commentary through the cruise for the landmarks and information about them.
The only complaint we had about the food was the kids meal was not enough, it was a bowl of soup and nothing else. The three course meal for the adults was delicious and the cocktails complimented the meal quite well. We ordered the masterpiece and Princess.
Our lovely guide Camellia was a delight, there was open communication all the way from the day before the cruise to throughout the cruise. She was so kind to our toddle and teenager.

We would have given five stars for the overall but while the cruise dinner itself and services deserved 5-stars, the experience with the transport coordination by Asiana Link was horrific. Our pickup was scheduled for 5:30PM at our hotel, Hotel Nikko Saigon. The guide showed up at 4:45PM and went to the mall next door. He argued that we were late and that the address is the same as the mall. Then, we went to pick up three other parties and waited for the last party for over 30 minutes on a side of a street. The drop off to the cruise was 6:20PM. The ride was supposed to be 10 minutes from our hotel. They should have dropped of the other four groups first which was a 3-minutes ride to the cruise drop off instead, we were all waiting for the last group. At the end of the night, the guide admitted the long wait and apologize for it which we appreciate but then he dropped the "f-bomb" that they "f-d-up the pick up time". That was really professional. I cannot say that I trust Asiana Link for future reservation.

While we are glad to hear that the cruise itself met your expectations, we truly regret that the overall experience did not reflect the level of service we always aim to provide.
Regarding the early arrival, we would like to clarify that the guide’s intention was to manage traffic conditions and the fact that two groups had the same pickup point (the hotel and the adjacent mall area). However, we fully understand that this was not communicated clearly and resulted in unnecessary confusion and discomfort for you.
We also sincerely apologize for the extended waiting time while picking up other guests. Although the guide did acknowledge and apologize for the delay during the tour, we understand that this does not undo the negative impact it had on your experience. Your point about optimizing the pickup order is completely valid, and this is feedback we are taking very seriously.
Additionally, we are very sorry about the inappropriate language used by the guide at the end of the evening. While his intention was to lighten the mood with humor, we fully recognize that this was unprofessional and unacceptable. We have addressed this internally to ensure our guides maintain the highest standards of professionalism at all times, regardless of the situation.

My guide Barney was fantastic and very well organized. He communicated before pick up and was even available after the tour for any questions about Ho Chi Minh City. Very hard working. He deserves a 5 stars. I can the overall tour 4 stars because the food came out a little cold. It was good but they could have timed it better. Also, we ate the full meal before we left the dock. I thought it was a little odd. The live music and views of the river skyline were very nice.

We were seated outdoors on the top deck of the boat. It was a beautiful evening for weather and views of all the lit up buildings and bridges were fabulous. The dinner was excellent and drinks were very reasonably priced.
