The tour was very personable, and took us to places that a larger coach would not likely have been able to do. Our guide was a Guernsey native so was able to give us great insight to places and history.

Our cruise ship could not enter Guernsey and as soon as it was reported to us on board, I tried to cancel. I got the automation machine from the company and I lost $535. I will never use this company again.

Our tour guide, Helen, was very knowledgeable of the history and geography of the island. She took us to small interesting place that the larger tour buses would never be able to navigate in and out of. Helen was friendly and gave us a perfect overview of Guernsey.

It was a perfect exposure to the island. Just the right amount of exposure to highlights of the area. Our guide gave us good history and cultural tidbits. He took us to places we might have skipped like The I Little Chapel which was remarkable.

We had a very interesting and informative tour with Ian. We learned all about Guernsey. He is very knowledgeable and interesting! Such a likable guy! The only drawback was the vehicle although luxury, was cramped in the backseat for 3 adults.

Nice tour with friendly driver but the instructions on where to meet were not clear and the map showing location of where to meet was way off. Spent 30 minutes walking back and forth before finally meeting tour guide.

Booked a Small group tour. We were told a maximum 14. The bus was 45 minutes late to pick us up (we were told to be there 15 minutes early, thus we waited an hour). The "small group" was 34 people with one guide that had no mic system. We were squished onto a bus even sitting on all the little flip-down seats. When we complained, we were told they didn't have enough staff so we got what we got. If they had told us there would have been an issue, we have changed to another company.

We were transported about the Island by Helen in her pristine van with 2 other couples..The van allowed us access to places that a regular bus could.not get to. She is a great historian and has lived there her whole life. Excellent excursion and we would recommend it!

We went to the scheduled meeting point at 9am on the port and waited from 8.30am to 9.40am , no one came to pick us up.
At 10:00 a person contacted us to offer us the visit on May 23, I communicated to this person that this was not possible because we were only on the island on May 22 and I wanted the refund of our reservation.
