We are not happy campers The place was locked up with signs all over saying do not enter so it was not a very good experience. I expect to get a refund with my American Express because this was unbelievably terrible experience.

We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. Our trip advisor account would not allow us to log in due to technical Issues so we did not see the reservation on our end.
