Several things are really not good in this trip.
First, you don’t have any activities on the 1st and last day, so it’s actually a three day trip. After arriving at the airport, they put you on a 7 hour travel from the airport to Isabela island. You need to change 8 different transportations and imagine doing this with your luggage. You will take a bus, a boat, a car, a water taxi, an uncomfortable speed boat for 2.5 hours and then a water taxi and a bus again. These troublesome journey can be easily avoided, since inter islands flight takes only 30min.
Many of the day tours they offered can not be called tour at all. They didn’t provide bike. One hiking is just several km from hotel and you can do it by yourself. Flamingo lagoon is in town. For the snorkeling, although Isabela island has so much to offer, they only drop you at the port, where all the boats parked. And they took you everyday basically to the same spot! You can do it by yourself for free, since many local people snorkel there.
The price is ridiculous. I paid $1730 for the trip and found out that all the tour doesn’t even worth $300, and the hotel is $260 for four nights, speed boat round trip costs $60 and local food is around $10 per meal. So I wonder where they spend the $1000 dollar. This can be easily avoided if you book through local hotel. Overall it doesn’t worth at all for the price they asked.

Ms. Wang,
We appreciate your feedback, although we'd like to clarify a few points to provide a better understanding of our Galapagos tours:
Inclusion of First and Last Day: All tours, regardless of duration, include the first and last day as they involve transfers and hotel arrangements, contributing to the overall experience. This is an industry-standard used all over the world.
Complex Transportation in Galapagos: The Galapagos Islands' unique geography of many islands, islets, and channels require various modes of transportation to reach Isabela Island. The journey is carefully planned for your comfort and safety.
Itinerary Understanding: Upon booking, we assume that our guests have read thoroughly and agreed to the provided itinerary. Flights are not automatically included, but our team can always assist if preferred, ensuring a clear understanding before finalizing your reservation.
Bike Inclusion Error: We apologize for the oversight in not providing bikes for the wetlands tour. This was a system error, and we appreciate your understanding and are pleased to inform it has been fixed.
Hike Accessibility: While some hikes may be close by, our tours are designed to accommodate varying needs. The option for transportation ensures accessibility for all participants.
Snorkeling Locations: Our 5-day Galapagos multisport tour includes snorkeling at different spots like Tintoreras and Concha y Perla, offering diverse underwater experiences.
National Park Regulations: Galapagos is a National Park known worldwide for its conservation efforts. Snorkeling locations are regulated to protect the environment. These designated spots ensure conservation and wildlife protection.
Providing Assistance: We offer comprehensive assistance, daily messages, and 24/7 support, including hotel reservations, pickups, and activities. Therefore, the cost of the tour reflects all of this, including some places visited requiring guided tours due to park regulations, contributing to conservation efforts.
We appreciate your perspective and aim to continually enhance our services. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention and we wish you nothing but the best adventures to come!

Very nice , friendly , laid back atmosphere on the islands, at the hotel and with the tour guides. I liked all the activities. Very beautiful island with very unusual creatures. Water and beach are amazing.

This trip was well organized. Accommodations on the island were centrally located, clean and staff was very attentive. The various tour guides showed up on time, communicated the trips, changes to the itineraries, such as earlier departures, and were all very knowledgeable. Some suggested on several instances things to do and sights to see that are not in the travel books. Hence, we felt like "explorers" in pristine environments with no other tourists around.

As you have noticed, Rebecca Adventure Travel is a very enthusiastic travel organization with a team of 12 travel agents in Ecuador. Due to the compact composition of the team, operators and guides, it is often possible to put together unique journeys, as a result of which Rebecca's guests sometimes feel that they are true explorers.
In fact, the nicest compliment the team can get. We hope to be of service again on one of your next trips through Perug, Ecuador or Colombia!
