Verbesserung: einen Zeitraum angeben, wann man ungefähr abgeholt wird, wäre super. Es hieß 6h morgens Abholung...Letzten Endes wurden wir erst um 9h abgeholt.... Beispiel: Abholung zwischen 6-7h... weil so macht man sich sorgen, ob man vergessen worden ist. Wir haben deswegen auch 10x angerufen und gefragt, ob wir vllt vergessen worden sind, was ziemlich nervig ist, für ALLE BETEILIGTEN... ansonsten war alles okay.
