The boat was comfortable for the journey, has shade and a toilet on board. The boat time changed but this was communicated to us clearly in advance (I recommend that you connect with the supplier via WhatsApp to confirm times the day before) and we had the expected 4 hours on the island.

The island is amazing, transparent water, white sand, you can snorkel, go on small hikes. Lots of caotis trying to steal food. Packed with people though. Our boat was delayed, which I actually appreciate, because we got to leave the island as the last boat, whichvgave us 15 minutes on the island without any tourists, perfect to take pictures without people. However, it's very pricey to just pay for the boat, and I'm not sure why I paid $80 when most people seemed to have paid $40 for the boat ride

I will never use viator again. This was sold under the tour section on their pages. It also said English tour guide
We were taken over on an old dirty boat. Dumped on a beach with no drinks or food or activities. When we asked if we could leave they said it would be another £70.
When we complained the company just didn’t care: I even made a suggestion and asked their definition of a tour but they ignored us
I’ve done plenty of boat tours and this wasn’t one
Terrible company - worst ‘tour’ I’ve even done.

You bought a tour to an island, we don't understand where you wanted to leave it, drinks, food, trails and diving are purchased directly on the island, the guides on the island have already explained this to you and your companion, but you wanted to return with another boat. 100% worth every penny. We got to skip a huge line to take the boat and we were some of the first to the island, which meant we had it to ourselves for a bit before more people arrived (see photos).
The island itself is stunning. By far my favorite part of my weeklong trip to Floripa and definitely my favorite beach.

Excellent daytrip. The boat was the largest of all the boats I saw doing that tour, took a nap both ways. The island is beautiful. You basically can stay on the public allowed section where you can . I recommend the toured trail to the other side of the island. Bring water.

The island is amazing, and worth the trip. However, the trip is titled "Campeche island tour" which is not accurate. Someone meets you at the pickup point and walks you to a boat that takes you to the island. From there, the boat simply takes you to the island with members from other groups. It's your responsibility to find the boat again when it departs, roughly 5.5 hours later. If you would like a historical tour you will need to find a guide once you get to the island, and there is an extra cost (R 20, each).
Again, great island but there should be clearer in the title and say "Transportation to Compeche Island" as the price seemed extremely high for a roughly 20-Minute boat ride.

Hi Matthew thanks for the feedback. But the Campeche Island tour works like this, it is described clearly and objectively in "What to expect from the Tour".
None agency or person can enter the island alone, only with Iphan monitors, nor an agency can take tours on the island, it is not allowed, and everything is very controlled, because it is a reserve and very restricted.

Oi Carla, lamentamos o ocorrido, realmente dia 30/12 o trânsito estava muito complicado aqui na Ilha, nós não atrasamos o barco, o nosso barco sai às 09:00, foram embarcados e saímos 09:15, normal o que sim do horário que marcamos na igreja 08:30 nossa Guia ficou aguardando 3 passageiros que estavam atrasados até o tempo máximo que conseguimos 08:55, acho que a isso você se refere. Em questões a Alta Temporada realmente nos últimos dias do ano, a demanda e bem maior na ilha, e raro acontecer isso de acabar as trilhas e mergulho logo cedo somente se vocês deixam para marcar mais tarde, mas pode ter acontecido de algum barco grande chegar antes e todas as pessoas reservarem o passeio. Lamentamos por isso.

Très belle île, petite balade en portugais uniquement et payante. Un restaurant fermé, mais un snack ouvert. Je recommande avec pique nique et de quoi s'occuper. Très bon trajet de 25min avec un bateau stable mais sans extérieur.

Nos gusto mucho este tour y lo disfrutamos, pero hubo un inconveniente. A pesar de que aclaré muy bien cuando lo compré que el dia del tour (enero, 27 / 2020) ibamos a estar hospedados en el Hotel Intercity Florianopolis localizado en el centro de la isla y que además la señorita del hotel Varadero Palace 1 (hotel donde estubimos hospedados 4 dias antes de ir al Intercity Hotel) lo volvió a especificar con Tayna cuando llamó a Belatour para saber a que hora nos iban a recoger, finalmente fueron a recogernos el lunes, 27 de Enero al Hotel Varadero Palace 1 en Canasvieiras y por tanto Tubimos que llamar a Belatour de nuevo y finalmente nos recogieron en el Intercity Hotel con mas de una hora de retraso de la hora convenida.
